After an amazing 10 years of tasting menus in Beverly Hills, the team at Maude regrets that we will be closing permanently on September 28. It has been our honor to share dinner with each of you.

Affectionately named after his late paternal grandmother, the restaurant pays homage to Maude, Curtis’ first culinary mentor whose sensibilities are resonant throughout the restaurant experience.

    The chefs and staff at Maude made my birthday dinner a beautiful bittersweet experience. I visited Maude monthly the year they opened in 2014 and specifically wanted to celebrate my birthday and my return to the restaurant on the night of their last service. Seated at the chefs counter, chefs were engaging and personable. I received a hand signed birthday card from staff and personalized menu at the end of the evening. Each and EVERY tasting course was deliciously memorable. Thank you so very much! p.s Mgmt: Due to restaurant closure, if flat/dinner/stem ware becomes available for purchase, please reach out to me.

    Maude is a lovely 1 star Michelin experience in which Curtis stone pays tribute to his first mentor, his maternal grandmother. In a very intimate setting, Maude expresses a level of thoughtfulness that is rare in today's day and age like a love sonnet of honest expression. The highlights of the evening were the corn tamale with caviar and vin jaune sauce, which showcased luxury , balance and a lovely sauce. The quail dish shower a lot of technique and restraint. The tomato tartlet was a true representation of the beauty of California ingredients as well as gastronomy, the bite of smoked anchovy gave it another dimension along with the anise hyssop with yet another layer of complexity. Theres a surprise at the end of the evening which leads you into a lovely spot. But I won't reveal the full

    One of the best restaurants in the world. Everyone and everything was perfect! 10 out of 5! Even the music was just phenomenal and very appropriate. The food was just out of this world

    It is always a pleasure to eat at Maude. Food is innovative, fresh, and beautiful. The waitstaff are professional, warm and friendly. I can only expect Curtis Stone’s next new opening to be amazing!

    Super sad to know Maude is leaving - we were so impressed that the staff crushed it in terms of service and food despite the announced impending closure.

    A one of a kind dining experience. Felt very special and the menu is extraordinary. We’re going to miss Maude, but look forward the the Pie Shop returning! The team at Maude is lightning in a bottle and we hope Stone keeps them all on in new capacities.
