  Our incredible toss is back! Simple, but delicious, and our patrons say – we want it back on the menu! So it is. Nothing but roasted cauliflower, tossed in our to-die-for homemade sweet and spicy sauce.

• Artisan Pickled Egg & Vegetable Medley

  From artisan pickling sensation Kilhaney's Pickles in neighboring Hackettstown, enjoy a Chef's selection / medley spread of fresh pickled eggs, pickled beets, pickled cauliflower, and, of course, pickled cucumbers, also known as, pickles. We have Kilhaney's favorites such as: Eggs Got Beets (whole pickled eggs), Beetniks (pickled beets), Flower Power (pickled cauliflower florets) and a whole host of pickle varieties, such as: Not Your Average Bread & Butter, Dutch Dill, Garlic Dillicious, Carolina Reaper (them pickles is hot!) and Fire Eater (even hotter!). Served with a ramekin of Sriracha Aioli (hot) or a Dijonnaise for dipping, if you are so inclined.

  Our Chef's specially cleaved and roasted cauliflower, mixed with onions and cherry tomatoes, tossed in our own special lemon-vinaigrette, atop a bed of mixed Spring greens.

  A Nonpareil regular! A pastiche of mixed greens, onions, tomatoes, and cucumber, served with our house vinaigrette dressing - atop or on the side.

  A hearty, 12-oz grilled NY strip, dry-rubbed and seared with our homespun, compound bistro-butter sauce; served with our du jour vegetable and creamy whipped potatoes.

  Love those crab cakes! Tender crab cakes, broiled with roasted garlic and lemon and Dijonnaise, served with our du jour vegetable and creamed mashed potatoes.

  Our April specialty burger, is an 8-oz tender, Angus beef patty, cast-iron seared, topped with sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese, served on a fresh brioche. Accompanied by hand-cut fries and a crisp pickle wedge.

  Jumbo diver scallops, broiled with our homespun white butter sauce; served with creamed mashed potatoes and du jour vegetable.

  Our April pasta selection is penne, tossed with a medley of roasted yellow squash, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, spinach, cauliflower, onion and garlic in a herb butter sauce, finished with thin-shaved Parmigiana.
