We recently visited 113 KTV as a group of 9. Overall, the food was genuinely delicious, but the dining experience could be improved. The biggest issue was the service. There were only two staff members looking after what seemed to be a full restaurant, so we understand they were extremely busy. We really appreciate their hard work, especially the lady who was constantly going between the dining area and the kitchen. However, because it was a buffet, no one explained how it worked when we arrived. We weren’t sure which dishes were available at the buffet, what was included, or whether we could order unlimited items. A simple explanation at the beginning would have made a huge difference. The restaurant also charges a 12.5% service charge, which we normally don’t mind paying. However, given the level of service we received, we didn’t feel it reflected the experience. We often found it difficult to get anyone’s attention. The gentleman working there wasn’t able to assist us much and usually asked the lady to help instead. We’re not sure if there was a language barrier or if he had a different role, but it left us feeling unattended. The food itself was very good and definitely the highlight of our visit. The ventilation, however, could be improved as the dining area became quite warm and smoky. We also found the pricing a little on the expensive side considering the food selection and the level of service provided. With better staffing, clearer communication about how the buffet works, and improved ventilation, this place has the potential to offer a much better dining experience.

The value you get for all the inclusive and karaoke is great. The food is brilliant and authentic to Korean cuisine. I really recommend going here!

Our experience was very nice! It was a date night for my wife and I and we really enjoyed it. The price was a bit high to recommend for a group of people, but for two it was understandable. The only issue we noticed was that the premade food could have been warmer. For £33.00 you kind of want food hot at all times. Other than that it was nice and we probably will be back due to how close it is to our home, and the experience.

We went to celebrate my husbands birthday. Vivi our waitress was fantastic. Food was great. Overall a great place to visit.

The service was good and the meat was decent and broad selection of starters and other cooked foods. The main issue we experienced was the the Korean barbecue itself. It has a heat plate that goes from 1-10 and the staff keep it at four (as there seems to be a lack of ventilation) so none of the meat can actually be cooked at a high enough temperature for browning / charring. Misses out on the main essence of Korean barbecue

My time at 113 KTV was so much fun! I went for my birthday and the room was able to accommodate a party of nine comfortably. The food was yummy and came out quickly once ordered. The only suggestion I would make is to have the rules of the time and prices of the room explain before the singing starts. Other than that, loved it definitely going back.

This was our fifth visit to 113 and as always it was fantastic! The food was excellent as always and the service is consistently top notch! 113 has easily become our go to KBBQ. The value for money is fantastic with the amount of food and drink you get.
