Passionate about food? Our restaurant on the first floor is the perfect place to enjoy both traditional and contemporary food in a stylish setting with a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Lunch is served from 12 noon and dinner is served on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:30PM onwards. We are dedicated to serving only quality food and wines at reasonable prices. The 210 Restaurant menu features a range of dishes to compliment the season using locally sourced fresh fish, game, meat and organic vegetables. Our current favourites include – pan fried fillet of sea bass, or blue cheese and hazelnut coated gnocchi. For private dining, our candle-lit rooms seat guests comfortably and are popular for both business or pleasure. We suggest you make one or 2 choices from the a la carte menu together with some wine. You’ll be served by one or two dedicated members of staff throughout depending on party size. See our menus for some inspiration or simply have a chat to a staff member.

Small plate starters were very good. We all had different mains and we were all happy with meal. Wine was good. They ran out of 2 different beers.

Poor service it took over half an hour to get a drink, then everything slow after that, the staff were under pressure in a restaurant that was at best half full

Was looking forward to this meal but quality of food was very poor and lots of dishes were not available. Will not be going back.

The bistro was lovely but staff were a bit distracted with a large group in the bar so service was a bit slow all evening, very pleasant otherwise

I visited with two friends for lunch on Saturday. As I was the first to arrive I was greeted and shown to our table and given a menu. The waitress then disappeared for a good 5-10 minutes behind a partition beside the bar and then proceeded to laugh and joke with the other waitress. She did eventually reappear and take my drinks order, but not before myself and the table next to me had had a discussion about where everyone had disappeared to! The waitresses were perfectly pleasant and the food was very good but the same service issue continued throughout the meal (until a bit later when more staff arrived). It’s a shame but it did mar the experience therefore as it’s a bit off the beaten track I’m not sure I would make the effort in future.

On this occasion we had a super afternoon tea & would consider having a meal next time, as every meal delivered, whilst we were there, looked really appetizing.
