   They only had appetizers available. We went for dinner. If we’d known we would have made reservations somewhere else.

   This used to be my go-to reservation for every occasion, but it is just not the same now that they’ve taken the food off the menu. Of course the drinks are still great, but the food was why I kept going back. I just don’t see myself having a reason to go again unless they reverse course. It was really disappointing to roll up with a group of six hungry people only to leave 30 minutes in to walk down the street for food.

   Adrift is everything you want in an exotic cocktail bar and more. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was immaculate—dimly lit, and full of character without feeling kitschy. The cocktails? Next level. Every drink we had was a masterclass in balance, creativity, and presentation. You can tell each ingredient is carefully chosen, and the garnishes are little works of art. Not just decoration—they elevate the whole experience. The service was warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about tiki culture. Massive shoutout to Vince behind the bar—not only does he craft exquisite cocktails, but his hand-selected music set the tone for the entire night. It wasn’t just background noise; it was a proper soundtrack to the evening and perfectly matched the mood of each round we ordered. You can tell he curates it with real intention, and it made the night feel even more intimate and immersive. We ended up meeting a fellow tiki aficionado from back home in LA, and it felt like a secret clubhouse for cocktail lovers. There’s a shared appreciation for the craft here, and Adrift fosters that beautifully. This place isn’t just about getting a drink—it’s about the ritual, the aesthetic, and the connection. Whether you’re deep into the tiki scene or just want an unforgettable cocktail experience, Adrift is the spot. Cocktail highlights include the Zombie, Mai Tai, Guyaba Cooler, and Daquiri.

   Second time here. Made a reservation. Address that is online takes you to a different location half a mile from the bar at a Pep Boys. Told to call if I was going to be late at all. Tried to do so but their automated phone number won’t let you speak to a person. Arrived to a mostly empty restaurant. Party of 4. They sat us in a booth 6 inches from the host stand, while there were many other tables open. Every booth was open. One server for the entire restaurant. Took over 10 minutes for anyone to come to our table to take our order. Took over 20 minutes to get any drinks back. Again, mostly empty restaurant. Hawaiian rolls come with sesame seeds but not advertised. Clearly don’t want you staying past two hours because they have written on the table what time your reservation ends.

   This place was amazing. Felt like we left Denver and the snow and was in another world. The drinks were amazing and happy hour was well worth going.

   Love this place! Great service, fantastic drinks and food. The boards are such a good value! And you can’t beat the atmosphere.

   Not what it was. Complicated payment rules left our group of 14 not wanting to come back. The rule is 3 credit cards max per group and you can only split evenly. Even though we were at two tables, they wanted us to all pay together at first. Really!?? That's hundred of dollars. The nice people that took their cards out ended up with super complicated Venmo/cash reimbursement and paying more out of pocket through the confusion. Mandatory 20% tip minimum. No physical menus. Drinks are way sweeter than they used to be. The chi chi had more sugar than a pina colada Slurpy. Coming here has been a tradition with our friends for over 10 years. Might think about a different place next year.
