Disappointing experience considering the positive reviews. The restaurant is beautiful and probably a great place for drinks, Fish Roe appetizer spread was good, but had to order bread to go with it, which it should have come with. Greek salad was good with the cherry tomatoes being rhe highlight. Main courses were a disaster with the pork dish being completely over cooked and dry as a bone. The shrimp with orzo was over spiced and the shrimp being old mealy and over cooked. To the staffs credit they did ask why the meals were barely touched and apologized for the poor quality as well as providing a commentary digestifs. In the end the service was a highlight and maybe it was just a bad night for the cook, but with so many other restaurants around it would be difficult to give them another try.

Second visit on our trip to Athens… you always go back to the best meal! It was obviously going to be busy, lots of tables reserved and they didn’t have some of the dishes we had hoped for. Shame! Staff lovely, waitresses was delighted to see us back. Well worth a visit it two when in Athens!

As noted… this was our first and last night restaurant…. something we do. Great meal, service and experience. Hence the final night return. Well worth a visit if you’re in Athens.

Sushi was not good choice, Staff was very good, but my fault I preferred to sit next to disabled wc, I could not realize that wc is also staff's wc and one of the staff used it and kept the door opened. think about my position. I sit 50 % inside the toilet. It was terrible. I would like to leave immediately.

Unfortunately it seemed our table was likely double booked right before the Christmas Eve tasting menu was due to start. Service was excellent, food was equally great but we did feel a bit rushed. Cocktails were watered down and not very good. Overall not a bad experience but could have been better.

Was a last minute find on open table and it exceeded expectations. Food was outstanding and wait staff was fantastic. One of our best meals in all of Greece

While on vacation, we ate our first dinner at Amber Athens - LOVED it so much that we went back again on our last night before heading back to the US! Great ambience, wonderful service and an absolutely awesome meal!
