Il percorso culinario si conclude con un dessert originale realizzato dalla pastry chef del The Rome EDITION Giulia Zarattini. _ A four-handed party: a special dinner created in collaboration between Pierluigi Gallo, Chef of the Achilli al Parlamento restaurant – 1 Michelin star, and Antonio Gentile, Executive Chef of The Rome EDITION. The two chefs together sign a menu that enhances the unique elements of their culinary style.                                                     Il posto bellissimo tutto, dall’entrata, alle varie salette e molto carino il giardino con musica dal vivo, avrei pranzato fuori volentieri, ma faceva freddino. Cibo cucinato bene, solo un po’ fredda la calcio e pepe. Abbiamo aspettato un po’ per le prime portate, ma la caesar salad ottima con tanta pancetta bella croccante, crostini ottimi; avrei preferito iceberg come insalata. Abbiamo chiesto del pane ed hanno portato focaccia calda buonissima. Il toast con burrata e alici veramente ottimo ! Omelette cucinata alla perfezione!!! Ci torniamo volentieri! Peccato poca gente in un posto così !
