   The best service and a very Welcoming restaurant. Angelo was a wonderful server and made the day for us. Even though all that was great the food is just ok, Mother’s Day lobster was a great menu choice but the quality was just a C , Not much flavor at all. My husbands filet was cooked to perfection , however it lacked flavor. All in all we still had a good time.

   The meal was great! I had the Sunday Gravy. It was delicious. Rigatoni come with 2 meatballs, 2 slices of sausage and. 2 brociole. Very good and they didn’t skimp on the sauce. It was Mother’s Day and my wife had the sausage with Broccoli Rabe with pasta. She says it was delicious. The service was great and friendly. The atmosphere here is beautiful and top notch. Just one small issue was the music they play is not appropriate for such a beautiful Italian restaurant. It was loud at first and it was with a constant beat like a club in South Beach. This was a Mother’s Day crowd with elderly mothers. It was the same for Easter and not fitting for such a nice place that should have soft soothing dining music. But other than that we overlooked the music and enjoyed it tremendously.

   The bar area is beautiful, go early and have a cocktail. The service and food were excellent. We will be back!

   I tried to use my gift cards to pay the bill and the tip. The manager said they don’t pay the tip from the card . I said I never had this problem with other restaurants. My card balance had the equivalent of a 27 percent tip. The manager told my wife and I that he wants me to leave a cash tip. I said you have my gift card balance for the tip. He said get the f- - - out of here and never come back. We left and he kept the card. Also it was my birthday. Oh they also had a 3.5 percent convenience fee even if you paid cash. I was told it was a vendor charge. ?? The food was good and bit very expensive. We love bread. We got a tiny loaf that tasted like sawdust. I used to love this restaurant. I have been there every year for my birthday. This was a complete surprise for us. My kids gave us the gift cards because we told them how great this restaurant was. Now?

    First time at Baciami after hearing about it for years. It was excellent! Four of us took good advantage of the Sunset Diner special - which was actually enough for 8 people. Huge portions, we all took half home for another meal. Food was terrific. Service even better. Kyle was attentive, funny and helpful. Service was impeccable. Sad that the place was mostly empty - but it was a Tuesday night off season. Only downside was music was crazy loud; we asked for it to be turned down (we were apparently not the only ones), but for some reason it was set in a way that only the manager could fix - and he wasn't there. We will be going back again and again and again.
