The restaurant felt understaffed and the section we were sitting in had a broken heater; it was extremely cold. So much so that we had our food boxed up to go. Once our server finally arrived at our table, we shared our sincere appreciation and empathy for her working on the holiday. I'm certain they were short staffed due to the holiday, but does that mean paying customers should expect poor service and sub-par dinner and drinks? We would have been fine with 'slow service' but adding inaccurate orders, zero attempt to check to see if everything was ok OR if we needed anything, never delivering drinks ordered, all topped off with the apathetic attitude shown by our server took this over the top.
