We had an awful experience here on Father’s Day. The hostess did not honor our request, put in to open table weeks in advance, due to having 2 small Kids. She insisted there was no request, being quite rude. She then placed us at a high top table which we agreed to make work. 5 min later she said she’d need to put another party next to us at the same table, which would make the table extremely crowded with 2 small kids balancing on high top chairs. So ultimately we left without dining, causing our 4 year old to cry who was so excited to eat at “the pirate restaurant”. Sadly the hostess ruined our experience and we ended up going to J Riley’s instead where they are much more accommodating of kids.

I always like going here with friends. Very cool environment with cool food that also tastes great! Always a great time. I’m happy I can make a reservation because it makes it so easy for my friends and family to go and not have to wait to be sat. The restaurant is small, so this makes all the difference

For a casual brunch I thought it was perfect! Great menu and options. Loved the mimosa flights as well! Reasonable prices were a plus

Good food. Service, however, could be better. First time here, so not sure if yesterday was an anomaly or the norm. I usually don’t post a less-than-great after one visit, but this I felt I should. After being seated (had a reservation) it took more than 20 minutes to have a server stop by. I only saw about 60% of the tables occupied, so I’m guessing they were short staff? Either once sour order was finally placed and the food arrive. We enjoyed a very good meal. I hope this was a one off experience. Will test that next time I visit.

Great food, lots of good options and everyone was super happy with what they ordered. Cool vibe inside, a little noisy though. We were seated outside, which was nice because we could hear each other. I think they were a little short staffed, because it took a bit to get someone to take our order. But the food came out quickly and was delicious. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend!

The food really is very very good. Black sheep burger cooked to perfection and tasty. Waffle was decadent. Atmosphere is a bar. But food is excellent.

Based upon our dining experience, I find it had to believe that anyone would consider this place to serve an award worthy brunch. Service was incredibly slow. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold for many patrons. Menu items limited and unadventurous; there is no reason to go back to try anything else on the menus. The cocktails were all overly sweet with too many sugary syrups used. Their cocktails did not sound very refreshing nor appetite inducing.
