Wonderful meal with wine pairings. Ambience was lovely. Truly an adventurous meal - one of the best bites was an olive, lol, but a very special olive. We were slightly disappointed that the salmon on the menu was farmed. As Alaskans we don’t eat farmed salmon. On top of that, it’s Copper River Salmon season. Our waiter was not knowledgeable about the fish and first told us it was Alaskan, then he thought it was at least wild and when we pressed him to check with chef finally told us it was farmed in New Zealand. We asked to skip the salmon servings of our fixed price menu or have them substituted, and we were served at least one dish that still contained the farmed salmon.

We went for restaurant week, and the tasting menu was fantastic. We had incredible service from Joseph and all the staff. This place is great.

The last 2 times I went were very good but this time was a big disappointment. Food tasted bland and uninteresting. Presentation was good though.

We had great food, drinks, and service However, we didn’t enjoy the location as it is located in the area with all the shops. While enjoying delicious meal, my view was of people shopping in a mall-like setting. The entire meal could have been elevated had the restaurant been in an enclosed area.

Probably the worst Jose Andres restaurant we have been to. We live in DC and have dined at Bazaar and Minibar which were fantastic. Bazaar Mar should not be open. The service was great and cocktails are good but the food is not worth the price. Only positive is the manager took off the parts we didn’t couldn’t eat as it tasted off. The restaurant was mostly empty and it shows why. If you want to try Jose Andres, you’re better off at Jaleo.

Have visited three times since they opened. Have tried both tasting menus with wine pairings. Have also ordered a la carte. Have left very pleased each time. Beautiful dining room and bar. Wonderfully food. Excellent beverage program. Impeccable and friendly service. Zero complaints. Highly recommended. Will definitely return again I'm sure! For first time visitors interested in a tasting menu, I would probably recommend the Bazaar Mar Experience over the Jose's Creative Experience. This is only because both experiences are wonderful and both are quite over the top. You'll walk away impressed and happy from both. Hence, the slightly less expensive of the two tasting menus is probably a better value. But for those wanting to splurge or explore something new, the more elaborate menu is a special treat!
