Beets and Carrots is Farm- to- Table restaurant located right next to Verrazano Bridge in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. We refuse to compromise on quality that is why we source our fresh ingredients from places like Dutch Meadows Farm and Satur Farms. Dutch Meadows is specialized in high quality, grass-fed meats, and organic dairy products, raised in harmony with the land, and Satur Farms is famous for growing the finest vegetables and culinary ingredients.
Dear first-time visitors, we would like to bring to your attention that you can count on a longer wait for your food. Our kitchen is as tiny as the restaurant and can only accommodate one Chef. However, our Chef will offer you an amuse bush while you wait.

Delicious, unique food that I'd classify as Russian-inspired farm-to-table. A neighborhod gem, the likes of which you won't find anywhere else.

I’ve had lunch here a few times- the menu is broad so I am always trying something new and I have not yet been disappointed. The food is creative, filling, delicious and it demonstrates that a lot of care has gone into its making. I enjoy the pastas the most. The ambience is very nice. Don’t skip desert because the home made ice creams are a delight !

wife and i had fantastic meals. service was fantastic, and the homemade ice cream was unbelievably delicious. its BYOB, but theres a liquor store right next door to grab a bottle of wine. highly recommended for a tasty dinner if you're in the area.

Ethically sourced and responsibly run small business, like really small. One chef makes it all. Felt like we were in some funny spot in Europe. Food was delicious, rich but didn't leave us feeling heavy. BYOB (even with a 10$ uncorking fee still cost less than wine at any other NY restaurant!). We loved it, its an adventure and worth a little drive. We went on Tuesday you get all the attention as its not busy and food comes hot and fast!) Support this business and endeavors like it! What a more interesting, healthy and sustainable world we would like in if everyone followed their path so distinctly!

A fabulous neighborhood gem that easily qualifies as a destination restaurant. Beets and Carrots is like a warm inviting hug with very good food from Chef Slav and friendly, attentive service from their small team. The menu is more extensive than one might imagine coming from their tiny kitchen, but every dish is excellently prepared, well- seasoned, delicious, and prepared with ingredients supportive of local farms. Whether the borscht and stuffed cabbage or the foie gras, one would be hard pressed to find better in NYC.
