No tenían langosta y me dieron. Unos camarones malos
Mediocre food and terrible service. I would recommend Rosa Negra or Gitani instead.
Todo muy hermoso, quiero regresar algún día! Gracias por la hospilidad!
The restaurant was closed down and I never got a notice. We arrived and it was shut down. This was my 30th birthday dinner and we had to walk around and find something else. Totally ruined my birthday. Completely disappointing.
... Not great. Found it rather pretentious for what we actually experienced and paid for. We may have had a better experience had we ordered something else (Paella with shockingly expensive lobster) or spoken up proactively about our dissatisfaction (every element of the seafood was overcooked and while the rice was brought all the way from Valencia, the finished product was nearly flavorless). You win some ... you lose some. Wouldn’t personally go back there for dinner with all the other great options in the area.
Service & ambiance were incredible. The lobster paella was delish although the meat in the lobster tail was minimal. Would recommend for a date/special occasion/celebration.
The service is good, the place is very beautiful but the food isn't up to the task.
Todo muy bien! Había algunos platillos muy buenos y otros normales.
Beso is a very beautiful restaurant. It’s dimly lit and so romantic. I was so amazed when we first walked in, however, I will not be returning based on the service and food. The garlic shrimp was bland and nothing special. When I asked the server to bring my shrimp and paella at the same time, he said it didn’t make sense and brought my paella out at the very end when everyone else was already done eating. Then the bill came and we realized we were charged for 5 breads and a donation. I was asked if we wanted bread for the table. I would assume the server to ask how many orders we want or ask each person individually if they wanted bread. And the donation... shouldn’t you ask if we wanted to donate money rather than just adding it to the bill? When we asked about these charges the server was so rude. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. There are many others around there that are just as nice with good ambiance.
i can NOT say enough good things. Granted we ate a pretty early dinner, and were the only people there...... AMAZING. If you don't get the garlic aioli for your bread, just don't bother going.
Lobster Risotto, Rib eye....
THIS WAS DELICIOUS.
Buena decoración, buena carta, buen servicio, buena música. Totalmente recomendable. Visita obligada si vas a Tulum, a Ibiza o a Formentera.
This place was muyyyy fantástico. I don't know why it wasn't more crowded. The palapa is unbelievably gorgeous, the music was incredible, and the food was the best my partner and I had in Tulum. The vegetable paella was better than the paella I've tried in Spain. Sergio was an absolute gem and made sure we were constantly taken care of. Please, do yourself a favor, and check out Beso when you go--the live music and ambience are truly special.
Worst New Years menu ever extremely over priced and bad food. They did not say on open table when booking that it was a fixed menu. Very bad experience.
Turn the music down and add more candlelight.
Great overall. Definitely coming back
Amazing dinner experience, the quality of the food, the excellent service and the impressive venue make it for a perfect night out.Kudos to the waiting staff and management!
Muy bien lugar para disfrutar. La atención increíble al igual que la ambientación.
La calidad de los alimentos y el servicio espectacular!!
