Bien Salsa was good several years ago — but it is closed and should be taken off open tables.

Made reservations for four people to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with very special friends. My preferred time of 7pm was unavailable, but 7:30 was open. Showed up on time, only to be informed that it was closed for renovations. My guess is that all of the people who had taken up the 7pm reservations with family and friends were as embarrassed as I was.

Reserved only to find out they were closed. Why leave reservations open? Drove 30 miles for nothing.

We arrived on time for our reservation to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were seated promptly. After being seated we waited 10-15 minutes for any server to welcome us and fill our waster glasses and take a drink order. The restaurant was not very busy when we arrived and no less than 4 servers walked past us as we waited.

Lots of unique selections. Excellent flavor. My steak was way over cooked. They sent it to the kitchen and fixed it right away. Offered me free chips and salsa while I waited. My only disappointment is that the manager didn’t come by to talk to us. Otherwise it was a nice place for a date night and I’ll likely return

Third time dining here. The previous visit was great so we came back. We might have known something changed, it was 7pm and they had lots of open tables available. Anyway, just our previous visit we ordered a pitcher of Margaritas. The waitress quickly snapped (with plenty of attitude) “Oh, we don’t sell pitchers at a table for two”. I replied; Well, you use to because we ordered one! They charge $2.50 for chips, food was fine, drinks are okay but expensive and service from (ticket says “Weeble Wobble”) was below average. We are looking for another Option - prob will not be back here. Bye Wobble!

Very attentive service yet jot rushed at all. Every dish is was tasty. Two of us had chilaquiles (no meat one either) and enjoyed it. Dining room was fairly quiet as the weather was bad.
