Bistro 1969 at Mount Palomar Winery is a modern vineyard bistro on a scenic 90-acre estate in Temecula Valley Wine Country, offering a coffee-forward experience from morning through afternoon. Inspired by the year the winery was founded, Bistro 1969 blends relaxed elegance with vineyard views just steps from the historic Cava di Vino wine cave.

Our specialty coffee and espresso program features handcrafted lattes, tea lattes, cold brews, and nitro selections, made to order using premium ingredients—ideal for brunch or a scenic coffee break.

The menu complements our coffee offerings with Italian- and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, including handcrafted pinsa flatbreads, pastas, and curated brunch favorites. Guests may also enjoy handcrafted cocktails, local craft beers on tap, and a full selection of Mount Palomar wines.

First time there. Service was great, with a great view. It was lunch time so it was quite. The way I like it lol. Our sever Blanca was fantastic! Food is pricey but delicious, worth it. Love the breakfast charcuterie board. Tried couple of wines, fave was the sherry and limited reserve port.

Made a reservation for 6 PM but when I got there, the place was practically empty and service was slow kitchen was about to close was not able to order what I wanted off the menu. The windows overlooking the pond were really dirty. I did not enjoy myself. I doubt if I would go back again.

Wine tasting was fun and the dinner with the views was amazing. Will come back! Definitely more of a "party" vibe than expected, but was still family friendly. I wonder if they will have more calm and peaceful music on certain days in future would be nice.

The food was good but both of the drinks we asked for they were out of. Overall it was ok - nothing stood out as memorable.

We came for lunch midweek with another couple. The restaurant was not crowded and we were able to visit over our goat cheese flatbreads and wine. We ordered the Petit Syrah and the Riesling. It was a very pleasant afternoon.
