Outstanding! This is our second year eating Christmas dinner at the buffet. You just can’t beat the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. It is also decorated beautifully! Christmas is a very special occasion and they do it right. Thank you Bon Appetit for making our holiday extra special.

Disappointed as I had made reservations for main dining room, NOT the buffet upstairs. The food was good but not worth the cost and entirely too loud for our elderly guests. Also, the person putting silverware on the tables was handling each piece incorrectly and not by the handle. Although we have always enjoyed Bon Appetit, we were a bit disappointed with the series of events encountered.

Pretty pricy buffet. Kudos to Bon Appetie, they did not have a reservation for us but they were able to accomidate us . Food was good but over the top pricy.

I love the special events brunch. However, this time the chicken piccata was not good, neither was the shrimp cocktail. And for the price of the buffet it should be great. It was good. And I will return, but it will be a while.

Server was great. Table was not so great, but we booked a few days before. Food was ok, but not worth 100 pp. would have like to have seen a bit bigger spread for that price.

While the food was generally tasty, it was not served very hot and combined with the excessively cold air conditioning, our meals were basically room temperature by the time we got back to our table. There was an adequate selection but I guess I was expecting a bit better for $99 each. I would say it was worth more like $35 each plus the cost of the champagne. I won’t go to their special buffet again, it just wasn’t worth nearly the price. I have eaten here many times and really enjoyed everything about my previous experiences - 5 star for sure but this just fell far short of those prvious meals.

We booked in for Easter at $100 a person with a party of 10. They sat us in the corner, behind the coffee service, facing the wall, fire extinguisher, fire panel and the fire door exit. Terrible table they tried squeezing in to service more people. We asked for a different table and the hostess was extremely hostile, even when a large table in the main room was available. We were at the restaurant for 3 hours and the table she refused us sat empty while we sat squeezed into a corner. We spent over $1000 for a premium Easter experience and it was just a bad banquet hall experience. The main restaurant manager attempted to make it right after the fact and he saw what happened and the open table we were refused by his hostess manger. I would recommend going somewhere else. Lots of good options in the area. The food was good and our server was nice but really when you have bad management handling your customers, it really tells the true tale of how the restaurant is run. Also note, I am not a complainer and I do understand situations happen but this was bad and she was so hostile that I am writing my first Open Table bad review because I don't want anyone else experiencing what we did.
