A/C blasting. Had to get jacket to warm up. Not a place to dine for 2 as the cost is significant.

Our server wasn’t very interactive with our table. Haven’t been to Buca di Beppo in a long time. Food was decent. The Baked Ziti was pretty tasty.

I am so happy my friends found this hidden gem 🥹 It has become my favorite Italian restaurant ❤️ The food was delicious and service was kind. If you’re thinking about checking this out I highly recommend it.

We had a table of 22. We made reservations a month before the actual party. It was a dinner to celebrate a high school graduate. The reservation and seating was amazing. But when it came to service, our party felt a bit abandoned. I understand there are multiple walkins for dinner, but I felt like they should have prioritized those who had reserved. We had to flag down the only server who seemed to be working that night. I don’t blame him at all, it’s the scheduling from management. Overall, food was great! I also spoke with our server who apologized for his lack of attentiveness because of all the walkins that came through. He felt bad that he couldn’t focus on us. We had a bill close to $800 and still tipped him generously. It wasn’t his fault that it seemed the restaurant was understaffed during graduation night.

For a night that was not very busy our waiter was slow at coming around, and he didn’t remember to bring us drinks that we asked for. We asked for a high chair when we first arrived then we had to ask again when we got to our table, then we had to ask for a kids menu which seems that it should have been obvious that we needed one. Our lasagna was disappointing because the cheese was dry. The waiter failed to tell us that we would be getting complimentary bread before we ordered more bread. The lemon caper chicken, the pizza and the salad was tasty, but I feel that it was over priced for the quality and quantity.

I am appalled by the management at this establishment! I do understand that it was Mother’s Day but we had a reservation for 1:45 and had to wait until 3:00 to be sat and still had to split our party up to be sat at that time. The manager refused to even ask the party that had been there for 4 hours to be considerate to the people waiting to be sat for their reservations. It was a total crap show and our family and I know many others were completely disgusted the absolute disregard of this place for our time. We will not be returning to this location and will be leaving our reviews on all platforms for all to see so that they will know that the customer does not matter to management here and to reserve your time and money for a place that values its customers more.
