   We loved the fish and salads we had and the Brussel sprouts were perfect. I had one of their NA drinks and it did not disappoint! I was a little disappointed that they no longer have the bread service we ate last summer as I was looking forward to it. I also was surprised they no longer do the tin of buttermints and simply serve it in a bowl- less cute:( Our server was AMAZING and attentive and didn’t mind that we lingered. Overall a very fun experience. I did not care for the potato pancake that came with my trout- it seemed overdone and the sauce didn’t match thee rest of the flavor profile of the entree.

   Excellent cocktails and food. Loved the Rye Manhattan, BBQ baby back ribs and French Silk Pie. Our server, Danielle, was excellent!

   The Pretzel crusted Walleye was not fresh and had a soggy texture. Would not order again.

   Food was excellent. Try the chickpea fries - they were great but I did not like the dipping sauce. Catsup or ranch would be better.

   Terrific food and menu, relaxing atmosphere, low key but attentive and great service. Really enjoyed our experience and dinner. Outstanding old fashioned too!

   Staff is very nice and does a great job and atmosphere is nice also. The problem is the food. Both my wife and I had food that was overcooked and did not have the flavors we were expecting. I mentioned to a bunch of friends today that we had gone to Buttermint and the food was not what we were expecting and to my surprise most of them had tried Buttermint and also had the same issues with the food quality and taste. This worries me that this restaurant will not be around much longer with this type of reputation. which is to bad. I had high hopes.

    With a reservation (strongly recommended) we were seated quickly. Our server Ian was knowledgeable and friendly. The menu was tempting and our choices were delicious. The restaurant itself was buzzing but not loud, and the decor is quirky but fun. We enjoyed the evening very much.
