   Horrible customer service all around. Expect to sit there twiddling your thumbs while the grossly understaffed restaurant doesn’t give two logs about your order or your time. First and last visit.

   This was our third time visiting. We ordered a lot of food and some of it wasn’t timely served as I believe the waitress may have forgot some of it. Gratuity was automatically charged for a party of five which I also thought was weird. However, we usually always tip above 20% but decided to just leave the tip as it was charged in this case. We would still return again

   We sat outside (not by choice) and it was freezing. FINALLY, they put the heaters on. Although the food was delicious, it took too long to receive our meal. We were not in such a hurry but, waiting 40 minutes for a meal without offering bread or salad is just too long. I ordered the crab cakes and my husband ordered the broiled seafood platter. Nothing that would take too long to cook. Also, they were out of flounder which normally comes with the seafood platter so my husband had to pick another fish. From the options the waitress gave him, he chose Rockfish. After looking at the receipt we noticed a $3.50 up charge. We were never told that choosing the rockfish it would be an uncharge. Otherwise, he may have chosen a difference fish. I mean this entree already costs $34.99.
