   I was very excited to try Cav but has a very poor experience and would not go back. While the bar was half empty, it was hard to get the attention of a waiter or waitress. After waiting 20 minutes, I tried flagging someone for attention. When the individual came to the table, I was sternly advised "use me. Don't abuse me." I did not think much of it at the time, but 25 minutes later, the wine and food I ordered had not arrived despite the fact tables ordering after me were served. We opted to request that the order be canceled and left. It's a shame as the first impression was good but I left thinking I've never been ignored and treated in such a disrespectful way.

   Hi David, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for your recent experience. What you encountered is far from the standard we hold ourselves to, and I truly regret that this was your impression of us. I've scheduled a meeting with the server responsible to address the incident directly and to reinforce the level of service we expect from our team. Please know that this behavior is completely unacceptable and not reflective of who we are. I hope you might consider giving us another chance to make it right. We’d love to welcome you (+3) back for a round of drinks on us. It would mean a lot to have the opportunity to provide the kind of experience you should have had the first time.    Really great place, lovely lovely staff. The cocktails are inventive and good value and the food delicious. Not cheap, but that's the world these days. Seven stars out of five. Yeah, it's breaking the boundaries of maths.

   Fantastic cocktails, really great flavours and lots of options. Food was spectacular as well. Nice atmosphere and cozy setting.

   Some of the food didn't taste amazingly fresh and the bread slices were a bit soggy. I liked the menu but I think it could be finessed. Lovely staff though!

   A brilliant new restaurant/cocktail bar nestled in the arches of Paradise Row in Bethnal Green. Very relaxed ambience, and the cocktail menu is great! The tapas was delicious too - perfect for drinks with mates, a date night or more.

   I was not told there was no food being served until arriving at 7:30 for my reservation., First server told me that there was a last minute problem with the chef coming that day, Second server told me they don’t serve food on a Wednesday at all. So not sure what’s going on there

   Hi Dan, thanks for your review and so sorry to hear about your experience. Your visit was in our first public opening week, and our first time opening the kitchen on a Wednesday for food. Unfortunately, due to a supplier issue, Tasca weren't in a position to open the kitchen as expected. Clearly we didn't communicate this to our customers, or even internally, as seen from your experience, which is unacceptable. We're so thrilled you chose to join us but gutted your first experience wasn't up to scratch. Tasca is now up and running in the kitchen and we'd love to invite you to dine with us again, on us, as an apology and a thank you for bearing with us while we are finding out feet.     Brilliant evening at this gorge new bar. Great drink selection, service and ambiance. Came for one drink and stayed for the evening!
