    Join us for a very special menu crafted by Chef Vitaly Paley. This dinner will use local ingredients to highlight specific Big Island Farms. Donations will be accepted and go to the Hawai'i Farmers Union United (HFUU), these proceeds will be used to bring farmers together so they can continue to share knowledge and develop agricultural solutions for the island. Hawaii Farmers Union represents family farms in 16 regional chapters across 6 Hawaiian islands. HFU supports Hawai’i farmers through legislation and lobbying, educational outreach with our annual farm apprentice mentorship program, our annual in-person convention which typically hosts over 300 people, and more. Cooperation and networking occurs through regional farmers markets and food hubs and regular events in each chapter for farmers to learn from each other, to connect, network, and grow. The farm we will be highlighting at this first dinner of the series will be Ancient Valley Growers. A wine pairing will be included with this dinner. Wines have been generously donated by ROCO Winery, an Oregon winery that helped establish Oregon as the premier place to make Pinot Noir and Chardonnay outside of Europe. Founder, winemaker, and close friend of Chef Paley, Rollin Soles will be at the dinner introducing and speaking about his wines. This ticket is for our community style shared table.     This was a truly unique dining experience. Having one James Beard winner creating and another JB winner assisting is not a dinner party you are lucky enough to experience often ( if ever). Everything was spectacular!

    Dinning at Chefs & Table with Chef Andy Ricker was beyond our expectations. Quality, freshness of his food and sourced out locally to put out an unforgettable Thai cuisine is a dinner never to be found here in Kona. Our thanks to Chef Vital Paley of Chefs & Table for hosting this dinner. We loved the setting, getting to know the other guests. It was relaxing, fun, and we look forward to another guest chef.

    We had an absolutely delightful time at Chefs & Table! Everything was great - we dined with some very interesting people, the food was superior (the chicken was fantastic) and the Chefs were kind and explained everything. While dinner was a bit more expensive than at a restaurant the experience made up for it. When visiting Kona, add this adventure to your itinerary. The owner of the establishment was also great. We were celebrating an anniversary and they even helped us celebrate that.

    This was a really special small group dining experience. Chefs Conner and Kristin made outstanding selections cooked to perfection for an overall elevated meal. I highly recommend giving Chefs & Table a try!

    This was an AMAZING and unique experience here in Hawaii! There was communal seating, a chance to meet people locally as well as vacationers, the food was incredible, the wine was paired perfectly with each course and the people were so LOVELY! Both Connor and Kristin know exactly what they're doing! Do not even hesitate to eat here. We were fortunate enough to attend their first Feast of Seven Fishes dinner on Christmas Eve!! Again, don't hesitate!

    Came here with high expectation to dine with Chef Yuji Karaguchi but left underwhelmed and felt that the $225 dinner with 11 piece of sushi is overpriced. The fish selection was good. However, we did not expect the omakase to be all sushi without culinary creativity. Perhaps we should have asked for more information before we booked?
