Shortly after our arrival once we got seated my daughter and partner noticed some insects inside by the window. A large bee and what appeared to be a beetle of some sort. He immediately swatted it and crushed it with little to no time to try identify it. Didn’t think too much of it as we figured it wasn’t anything of concern. So we ate our meal which was great up until my daughter found a hair in the salad. Not impressed at all, as we could see the chef when he came out had long blonde hair. Had to have been his? Or the servers? Anyways we pay and leave, but first my partner goes to bathroom and once flushing the toilet-again the same insects in the toilet! Floating around!? We believe there may be some sort of infestation! Really turned off by the whole experience.

The food was so fresh and delicious! Would definitely recommend the chicken fajitas! Must go and try!

A good evening in a lovely restaurant that had great service and good food in large portions. Cocktails were lovely but a lack of choice of desserts were the only negative.

It is what it is, it’s a casual dining place with mediocre food. Unfortunately, my fajita had a hair embedded in the chicken. This was not pleasant, and it took away my appetite. The manager of course comped my meal, but did not come over to see if there was anything he could do for me. Disappointing!

Absolutely a great experience. First time going out server was efficient and knowledgeable. I could ask for service better than this. The food tho. Out of this world. Excited to go back

1. Hostess couldn't read off the 3 beers they had on tap so the moved the menu towards my boyfriend and pointed to it so he could read it. Very rudely. 2. 1st round of drinks took awhile to get. When I got mine it was pouring out of the sides because it was immensely over filled. 3. After almost finishing my food I found what looked like a blonde hair that looked kinda like a dog hair in my salad. I did not finish it after that. I didn't say anything because I ate most of it already. 4. Service was really slow. Boyfriend didn't get another beer because I waited awhile for my 2nd drink and they served him the wrong beer the first round. 5. We paid. Didn't tip this establishment because our experience was not awesome. The Server, after we paid stopped in the middle of the resteraunt, gave ME and incredibly dirty look and walked up to my boyfriend and asked " did you forget to tip" to which he said " no the service wasn't very good" and she walked away. This place obviously needs more help with staff. But I'd start with servers that know how to kindly ask why a customer didn't tip instead of that behavior. We will never return to this place.

First time going to this particular location and they didn’t disappoint! We were greeted right when we arrived, our table was ready, and first impression of the restaurant was very positive. Our server was excellent! Super friendly, courteous, and made our visit a very pleasant experience. Our food was delicious, drinks were great, and dessert was to die for! I definitely recommend Chili’s. I look forward to our next visit!
