   Excellent five course tasting menu, beautifully complemented by premium wine pairings. The service was excellent, and the sommeliers really know their craft. The jonah crab dish was especially delicious.

   Simply incredible dining/wining occasion. We celebrated a major lifetime event on April 23 so we decided to “go for it” and we chose the grand wine tasting. Th sommelier, Matt, was awesome as were the wines! He asked what type of wines we enjoyed and then he chose lovely wines. The wait staff were equally wonderful. Our main server, Robert, was so charming. He was from Indonesia and was willing to answer our questions with appreciation for our interest. We look forward to celebrating future milestones with COAST.

   The food was delicious! The wine pairings were fabulous! The view at sunset was breathtaking! The staff was wonderful & attentive! Perfect for a romantic dinner with my husband on my birthday :-)

   Exceptional in every way! Warmly received, and seated at a wonderful table. Each course creatively, and beautifully prepared, artfully plated, with taste - utmost perfection! Our party selected both the Savory and Vegetarian options, and both were outstanding! Service from every staff member was top notch! The Sommelier was a true expert, offering pristine wine service, and was an added plus - very pleasant, knowledgeable, witty, and fun! Such an Enjoyable, Magical Evening!

   A subpar experience all around. It started with our arrival. We were asked to wait in the lobby, even though we arrived less than 10 minutes before our reservation and our table was clearly empty. No one asked to take her coats. When we were seated in the restaurant we draped our wall long coats over the back of our chairs. Not exactly elegant. The evening had been billed as having harp music; when we arrived, the harpist was leaving. I understand a harpist can’t necessarily play for hours, but what followed was Whitesnale’s “is this love” drifting in from the next room. Followed by a succession of similar songs. Which also was incongruous with not only the advertisement, but the reality of a multicourse elegant meal. Service was marginal. The food was good, and there was a lot of thought and work that went into compiling the dishes, but ultimately most of them didn’t work. The wine pairings were fine but did not warrant the price. I’m happy to spend $800 on dinner and do so regularly, but expect and usually get far more than what I got at Coast.

    We went to celebrate my husbands birthday. Everything was so lovely! The food was outstanding, service was warm, welcoming and exceptional. They really made for a special evening.
