Would love if the menu was a little more extended. But it is a really nice place to go....
Everything was perfect! Cozy atmosphere, great wine, delicious food and attentive service! And decorated for the holidays! Made a special occasion even more special.
Definitely loved the experience, the environment, the atmosphere, the people overall everything was absolutely delicious, lovable, wonderful and sweet. My new fav spot from now on. Must visit and save yourself the flight ticket to France if you’re looking for a great chic French environment! Lenny, Roberto and William were super amazing.
went there for brunch. The inside is very cute and has a good atmosphere but the food was very disappointing. We did have bottomless mimosas and enjoyed ourselves anyway.
Another night of great food and memories inspired by Coco and its amazing team. Looking forward to our next visit.
We had such a lovely dinner here on Sunday evening. Seaport tends to be dead when it gets cold outside so it was very quiet. Loris, our server and the manager, was wonderful and helpful in us choosing what to order. The bartender made me a custom mezcal drink which was excellent. We ordered a charcuterie plate (which has wine grapes—so rare to find), the duck, endive salad, mussels and the pasta dish they have a menu. We also had macaroons at the end (the birthday cake one was so good). We were incredibly happy with everything we ate, the ambiance, and the exceptional service. I look forward to coming back to this cozy neighborhood spot.
Very good food. The four in our party were all quite pleased with our meals. The restaurant has a nice cocktail menu with happy hour discounts. We went on a Friday evening and there were more people interested in the bar than in dining.
Server was excellent. View was nice. Food was good, not great.
We went for Sunday Brunch and couldn't have been given a worse seat after having made reservations. We were seated at a table about 3 feet away from the bar (which was very crowded due to the Gentleman's Ride) and next to some sort of private event which had guests overflowing into our area. We continued to move the table away from the area to get a bit of privacy. Once our food and drink were delivered we had to walk to the waitress station for anything else we wanted. It's Sunday brunch - you know you're going to be busy - have enough staff on hand. Better yet - just close the place for the "private event" that pretty much took over more than half the space. We've been here before and enjoyed it, but I'd never recommend the brunch. Something about bottomless beverages seems to equal service-less restaurants.
The team did a great job for us! We had a birthday dinner for 12 and it was fantastic. Or foodies were impressed with the menu and we were easily able to accommodate a variety of dietary requirements. The service was great and we wanted for nothing. A very enthusiastic thumbs up!
We love this restaurant for casual Outdoor fun nights, the food is good, the service is great and is not that expensive
The food was delicious, but the plates that they call “dinners” are extremely small. There was not enough to eat, we paid $230.00 and walked out still hungry.
Came with my brother to try French food for the first time ! I love love love it ! The service was nice ! The food is amazing ! Congrats with successful opening ! Will come back for sure !
Love this place but the portions are TINY. They advise to share plates but the servings are barely enough for one!
Coco bistro was really fantastic! We loved the food and the service was outstanding. Our server Holly was attentive and friendly.
I will be back again for sure.
I’m a long time resident of the financial district and go out of my way to support local businesses, especially those on front st. and had the most APPALLING, RUDEST, CONFRONTATIONAL experience here on July 4th. I frequently dine out not only in the neighborhood, within the rest of nyc but also globally and I have NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE. I also rarely write reviews in this detail but this was EXCEPTIONALLY AWFUL treatment.
When we walked in the place was barely 25% full and without the host we were told to wait for a table at the bar where we proceeded to order a drink. We waited for at least 10 minutes which was fine since we were looking at the food menu. When the host approached us instead of telling us the status of the table he told us if we wanted to sit at the bar we had to order a drink which we explained we did and that we were waiting for a table. He then told us NO TABLES WERE AVAILABLE AT ALL and we had to order a drink. THE RESTAURANT HAD aa ton of tables empty and as he told me this there was a group of 4 people that walked off the street, SAT THEMSELVES DOWN and he gave them menus right away. Meanwhile, I went on open table and booked a table within 30 min. from the 4 available time slots, so why was I told to my face that NO TABLES were available? What’s also worse the bartender who we ordered the drink from stood there and just shook his head and didn’t even intervene. ANOTHER GUEST sitting next to us spoke up and advised that we ordered a drink while we waited for a table, even though that’s not another customers responsibility.
We left and we will NEVER go back. We will WARN ALL OF OUR GUESTS who visit us, NEIGHBORS, COWORKERS AND OTHER LOCAL BUSINESSES WE FREQUENT how we were treated here! Maybe some people have had decent experiences but if you want consistent customer service or basic courtesy, be warned!
Came here for 4th of July brunch. The decor and ambiance were very cute and French. The service was also very French - water glass empty for most of the meal and the restaurant wasn’t very busy. They are new, so they are still learning. Everyone’s food (burrata, avocado toast) was amazing.
Once again, everything was great. Went for Saturday brunch this time. Avocado toast and a burger. Perfect combo to share with my friend. Love the changes they've made. Can't beat the fantastic location!
Great neighborhood restaurant with excellent food.
Food and service was great and we loved the outdoor seating
Love this- our new neighborhood go to bistro!
Horrible and rude service by the maitre d. Will not be going back.
I am an attorney and I work near the Seaport and I have enjoyed sitting outside at Coco for lunch and happy hour. It’s a great addition to the neighborhood.
