   Nice German themed place - they take reservations and getting in was a breeze. Inside looks nice, and the menu has a nice selection. The non-alcoholic drinks were good. The double pretzel wasn’t bad… but wasn’t good either. Pretzels from around town had better taste and texture. The cheese was nice, and the mustard was good, although a selection / flights of mustard would have been appreciated. Then”piled high” Ruben was bad. 2 pieces of meat. Sad enough they comped the sandwhich. This should be a 12-16oz sandwich and was served 3-4 oz at most. The little bit of corned beef was ok - nothing any of the big deli’s will worry over, but good enough. The schnitzel was tasty, although serving lit on a bed of lettuce was an odd choice. Some mushroom gravy and/or mashed potatoes would be worked well. The braises brisket was good, although none of us liked the bed of … something (cus cus?)… it was sieved on. Potatoes, mpasta; or a rice dish would be. Best would be with mushroom cream sauce? over a pasta.

   Everything was very good except this one lady customer who sat at the bar chatting with the bar tender and two of her friends. She talks too loudly that everyone can hear her. She was so loud, probably drank already. She destroyed the quiet lazy Sunday afternoon vibe.

   The staff made our experience just wonderful. The food was great, ambience great, but staff was just so on point. Great experience. Hope you find the same.

   Service was excellent. No complaints about our server. The food was just average. Steak was cooked correctly but not seasoned. Fries weren’t warm when served. Spätzle was very dry. Bamb burger was dry. This was a return trip after a wonderful visit in 2024. The server mentioned that the menu had recently changed. It wasn’t a good fit for us.

   Delicious food, great, friendly service, nice ambiance. We were seated in the nook area overlooking the street- it was quiet and romantic for Valentine’s Day.

   Food was delicious. Order the deviled eggs for appetizers. The expression tini and the toddy drinks weee both very good. The Thai dish, Reuben, spaetzle, chicken piccata, etc were wonderful. The only two things that weren’t as good as last time was the green beans side dish. They were great last time. This time they seemed dry and too much garlic on it. Almost a garlic dish with some green beans. I like green beans that still has a bit of a crunch but three weren’t cooked enough. The salad and the roasted chicken peas and squashed, caramelized onions and Dijon dressing were great but the added chicken on it was like the green beans, very dry and thin, to the point of being almost chicken jerky. Maybe the chicken sat under the heat lamps too long? Side note, the hostess was very friendly and our waitress kept an eye out and kept our glasses filled, etc. it’s hard to get everything perfect. Colchuck’s is worth going, even for foodies. We’ll plan on dining there again!

   Lovely service and great drinks. Food was impressive across the board- we had several appetizers and several entrees in our group of 8- everyone left very full and very happy!

    Food isn't very good but it's about what you'd expect for a bar in a tourist town. Supposedly the best burger in Levenworth but it was super over cooked and nothing special.
