Corso 1471 is a fusion Mediterranean and Italian restaurant in downtown Montreal. It has a very new age and trendy look to the dining room and bar area. Metal and wood and used to counterbalance each other all over the restaurant, as seen in the wooden walls paired with a metal roof and pillars, the wooden and metal furniture and the dark hardwood bar with metallic accents. Spotlights hang above the bar, while indirect lighting gives the dining area a pleasant glow in the evening. Cuisine at Corso 1471 is mostly inspired by Italian pizzas and fresh Mediterranean cooking. Some of the most popular dishes offered on the menu include the roasted salmon, fisherman's stew, ravioli with tomato eggplant and the penne with cream sauce and ground pork. Corso 1471 has a full-service bar, and guests can enjoy a drink at the table or out on the relaxing patio lounge.

We went twice in two days. It is a must when in Montreal. Salad Nicoise, calamari, Caesars, everything delicious! Get an outside table for the view.

We were a group of 8 people and waited 45 minutes for the food. Service was minimal and yet the restaurant was not busy/seemed half empty. I ordered wild mushroom pasta but it arrived with regular mushrooms. It was disappointing and should be edited properly.

les membres du personnel étaient tous très gentils. la bouffe était ok. l'ambiance était bonne et le resto est super bien situé (coin Crescent/Maisonneuve).

Incredibley rude server who paid us no attention whatsoever. We had intended to order more drinks and dessert but our server didn't even ask if our meal was ok let alone offer us a dessert menu. I had the gnocchi which was very salty and my partner had the seafood linguine which was pretty bland with no hint of spice like it was depicted on the menu. We sat for over half an hour with no food or drinks until eventually we managed to get the servers attention to get our bill. We were so appalled by the poor service that we left no tip and went to another restaurant nearby for dessert. The only positive for this restaurant was the good positioning on the street, we had a great view to people watch as our server ignored us!

Loved our experience at this special Italian restaurant. The pasta dishes are sensational and the service is spectacular and spot on. A delightful and wonderful experience. So highly recommended.

In Montreal for a few days. Really enjoyed Corso. Waiter was excellent and food delicious. Great street view of vibrant Crescent St. Will go back next time in town!

4 diners - 2 couples Dinner items ordered House wine - good martini - good Calamari - good salmon - delish lobster ravioli - was told it tasted like Costco - nothing special pasta with veggies and cream sauce - veggies didn't really go with the dish, friend didn't really enjoy sausage pasta dish - very good location - very good server - good

Great offer of $10 for all pizza and pasta dishes which was displayed on both menus. Unfortunately, whilst our server did mention this deal, they failed to mention that it wasn't for the pasta on the Table d'Hote menu despite the advert being displayed on this. I decided to forego the soup and salad entrée, opted for a pasta dish and requested an alternate pudding instead of the tiramisu. Ultimately, I had to pay full price for my main meal despite it being a pasta dish and then also full price for the chocolate dessert.
