   Amazing staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. Drinks are always full, food was stocked before it ran out at the buffet. Class act. My favourite brunch in town and we'll book again.

   I cannot praise this place enough for the fantastic lunch we just had there today. It is my wife and I's anniversary and I mentioned this on my reservation; Upon arriving, we were greeted and the hostess congratulated us about our anniversary. When we sat down, our server Bria, also congratulated us and got us started right away with drinks. After she left, the Day Manager Claudia stopped at our table with a celebration champagne and once again, we were congratulated . We felt so welcomed and cared for and we hadn't even gotten our food yet. We started with the guac and chips, which were fantastic. Afterwards, my wife got the Tortilla Soup and I got the Sticky Chicken Ramen. Both were fantastic. We were then notified that our dessert would also be covered and we finished with the Turtle Pie. It was massive, delicious, and the Executive Sous Chef, Fletcher, had even wrote "Happy Anniversary" on our plate in chocolate. We are so grateful for the attention and care we received on our visit and will definitely be letting our friends and family know. We will definitely be back.

   This place seems to be popular because it's always full. I checked it out, and the rating was 4.3, so I thought the food would be good. It was not. My pizza was far too salty as was the meal of one of my dining guests. When I got home, I talked to someone else about it, and they said the food was "nothing to write home about". Truly, the food was absolutely terrible. They need a different chef for sure. The server was lovely. Ambience was also lovely. The food .... GROSS. I won't be back.

   We have taken our three adult children to Craft to celebrate their (18th) birthdays throughout the years. This last experience (March 18 / 25) wasn't as nice as the previous two outings in 2023. The service was excellent; however, the food portions have got smaller, and the prices have risen. Being forced to pay a minimum tip of 18% on a dinner that you were not happy with is a bit excessive. Our bill was $400 and minimum tip of $72 is nuts. None-the-less, we paid and have learned from this experience. Our future dining will be elsewhere. To be clear, the place is nice, and the staff are awesome. (But too expensive for me to return with my family.)

    The food was good - fresh and nice presentation. The value is just too high for what you actually get. Fine dining prices for moderate meal. Our server was great! Came around the table just enough - not too much and not too little - she was attentive to our needs and knowledgeable and accurate. Good experience in all
