   We were surprised at how the restaurant looked. Not inviting. Rather crude. But the food was delicious and the staff was very nice. We both got fried catfish and grits. Best grits ever.

   This was my first & will be my last visit to Crave. For starters, the restaurant is difficult to locate. We had to ride by multiple times before finally finding it. It was very quiet once we got in, which was a shocker as having a DJ is advertised (& one of the reasons it was selected). The waitress started off good but was very slow when refilling the bottomless mimosas. She wasn't very proactive, which would've been appreciated. We place our order & the food comes after about 30 minutes. There was only about 5 other people in the restaurant so unsure of why it took so long. The waitress gave an order to the wrong person at the table then it took another 30 minutes for her real order to come. My food was cold so I sent it back for a salad & of course, that never came. To top it off both bathrooms were out of order & instead of trying to fix it, the manager said to go to another business up the street. Very unprofessional & not worth the headache is how I can describe the whole ordeal.

   This new place has the potential to be a cool casual hang out spot, but they were not ready to be open for biz just yet when I visited with some friends....brunch food order took a very long time to come out then the one salad that was ordered wasn't able to be fixed because there was no lettuce!?! Unacceptable. We were also the only group in the place for a while, so it was unclear what the hold up was! Friendly staff tho! Also not a fan of the plastic cups and plastic plates & bowls.

   Although I went on a busy night (Grand Opening) I was blessed to have great assistance by the hostess and my waitress (Williams) was very helpful. The DJ was really good. Lobster Shrimp Mac was also good but wasnt hot, that was unfortunate. I was not impressed with the lobster roll and the Long Island just taste like mix. Overall I like this spot and plan on returning to try other dishes and beverages

   Very nice place to meet up with friends. Food was amazing ordered the loaded Texas chili cheese fries (AWESOME!!!!!) and smoked a little hookah and had a margarita. I will be coming back soon!!!!
