Upon our initial arrival, there was no hostess on duty. We were standing in the bar and then once seated at the bar, the bartender ignored us for almost 40/45 minutes, when she finally decided to speak to us she was at the opposite end of the bar and she screamed!! It was horrific. There was another gentleman who was coming in to his shift! He spoke when he initially walked in and went to the back. Shortly after he arrived, he noticed how long we had been sitting at the bar from the time he actually walked in. He heard the initial bartender yell at us!! He saw it was upsetting and then apologized and immediately said ladies it seems like you have been waiting quite some time. Can I at least get you started on some drinks. The fact that he asked politely for our drink order after we had been sitting there at this point almost 45 minutes was shocking! No one should wait 45 minutes just for your drink order to be taken. No paying customer wants to be yelled at from the opposite end of the bar!! It was the rudest, worst experience ever because when she yelled, literally, you could see other people turn around, looking at us like what is happening!! Thank goodness for Mr. Charles coming onboard when he did and being a gentleman to save the day because I was literally at the point where I was about to just say let’s go somewhere else. We had to wait to be seated, once seated we were ignored, then yelled at!! Mr. Charles really really really turned the entire situation around because the first young lady was absolutely horrific. I mean, I just feel like that was the worst customer service experience at a restaurant I had ever experienced in my entire life literally and I eat out quite often so for me to say that that was the worst that says a lot.

I had heard a lot of good hype about this restaurant. My party looked at the online menu and were excited to visit. When we were seated, however, the menu that was placed in front of us was a fraction of what was displayed on the restaurant website on 6/27/25. Also, this place is a big box with no separating walls and not much to buffer the sound. It was loud at times including a large party at the bar who were yelling (often obscenities) at another party in the Canopy hotel lobby (wide open to the restaurant and no separation really between the hotel and the restaurant.) One member of my party called this a lounge that serves food rather than a restaurant that contains a bar. While the food we ate was delicious, it seemed overly priced for the atmosphere we were experiencing. I called the manager over and she said she had only been there three weeks, had not seen the online menu, and that the facility (don't know if she meant the Hilton Canopy hotel overall or Curfew the restaurant specifically) had changed hands four times since January. I will not go back here and was disappointed in the experience.

Brussels sprouts tasted great but they completely forgot the pork belly which was dry and probably had been cooking while bringing the food out. The chicken BBQ flatbread had decent taste, but the bread itself tasted like it was a pre-cooked bread from the grocery store. Service was acceptable, ambiance was nice. Price was rather high for the quality of some components of the food.

This is such a quaint and cozy hideout across from the Redbirds stadium. Our server Benny and bartender Yana took really great care of us. They truly added to our enjoyable experience. The food and drinks were superb as well. I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, a horrible experience. We’ve been here before and it was much better. But, this was a Mother’s Day lunch, so we had higher expectations. We were there for over 1.5hrs and never got our food. We just had to leave. It was unacceptable. They did comp our 2 drinks when I told them we were leaving.

Wife and I went for lunch on Saturday before a playoff game. Plenty of people out on Beale but no one was in here. Quite a difference from the last visit a couple years ago. Our server was nice and despite being seated right in front of his station where he had a constant eye on us, his responsiveness was some of the worst I’ve ever seen. I had to constantly call out to him to ask if we could order, ask if we could get a drink refill, ask him twice over 20 minutes to bring my wife dressing for her salad, ask him if we could pay our bill after sitting in since in front of him for like 10 minutes. I’ve literally never written a rating before. First time. That’s how inattentive this server was to us, basically the only patrons of this hotel restaurant and bar at the time.

Dirty tables but not busy,server was not very attentive but ok.they were out of most of the menu the drinks were decent very nice looking place but ill just dine at home for my b day next time

Food was very good. Well prepared and good presentation. However, online menu and menu at the restaurant were not the same. Items advertised online were not available to order. Service got off to a very slow start but picked up. Server was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Seemed to be more of a management issue than a server issue. Parking in the adjoining garage was very convenient. They need to clean up the steps leading up yo the door.
