Located in the heart of Edmonton, Darling is a fun, casual dining spot where great food, wine, and company come together. Our menu is chef driven taking pride in crafting dishes that highlight the best of the season, blending flavors and influences from around the globe.

Our wine list is thoughtfully curated and always evolving, featuring unique selections that celebrate winemakers from near and far. We also feature local craft beers and cocktails.

Join us for brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM, where we bring the same passion for food and hospitality to our weekend brunch menu.

    Mark your calendars for Sunday August 3rd, as Darling will be hosting the incredible New Standards Jazz with special guest guitarist Christian Ferguson from Calgary. Our dinner menu will be available along with a few special features! Available seating times are 5pm and 7:30pm with very limited availability. Tickets are only $15 with the link in our bio - snap ‘em up! *Please note that not all seats indoors will have full view of the musicians. Patio seating will not be available for ticketed guests.

    Delightful experience last night. Our server at the bar was very knowledgeable about the great selection of wines. Food did not disappoint, visually stunning, delicious and nice portions. Look forward to my visit!

    Requested a patio reservation, which was not honoured. Service was a bit cold and slow. Food and wine were very good.

    We sat on the patio as it was less noisy and a warm evening. The service was excellent and the food was great all the way around. The patio is very cute and comfortable but the table got quite crowded as all the sharable plates and wine came at the same time. It wasn’t a huge problem as we cleared one plate off onto our plates to make room. We had a lovely evening with wine, appetizer and 2 shared plates. We were totally stuffed so there was no room for dessert. Espresso and port topped off the evening.

    Great experience! Hand written card for our occasion was very sweet. Loved the natural wines. For the quality and portion size of the food the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

    I booked a table for my friend and I for her birthday. We requested the patio and mentioned in the reservation notes it was for a birthday. We got a great seat on the patio, and they even had an adorable birthday card waiting. We ordered all the small plates on the menu plus a few cocktails. Everything was prepared & served with care and heart. The dishes were delicious and beautiful. The service staff were friendly and engaging. We loved it!!

    The server was great and very patient with our group. The food seemed agreeable to everyone but no one raved. The surprise was $27 for a glass of rose wine! Parking was difficult even with carpooling and should be mentioned on the website to help first-timers find appropriate parking places. Not sure I’d make an effort to return as there other similar restaurants throughout the city.

    The food was superb - visually beautiful and so delish! Our service was excellent and the atmosphere was so lovely. I expect to return to explore more of the menu.
