You go here for 1 reason. And expect it to be loud and crazy. It was clean and organized. Our table server was fantastic. We were a party of 16 and utterly chaotic. She handled us to perfection. And would be the reason we would come back. The bar service was horrible. The bartender was unnattentive, slow and not friendly at all. Management on the floor was great and helpful.

Over all it was a satisfactory experience. The food was prettier than it tasted. The Chicken Alfredo dish my son had was ok but tasted primarily only of chicken otherwise bland. My chicken dish has. Cold mashed potatoes on the inside (made me think they were reheated in. Microwave) and the cream cheese WAS. COLD. INCE AGAIM MADE me think the dish was premade and heated. It looked prettier than tasted. It was “ok” but I cook better at home.

Food was decent and server was nice but they could have used a bit of help. It was a bit slow despite not being very busy. All in all though a great experience and reasonable price.

Server was not very attentive to the tables needs. Appetizer was ordered and was never put in. Ordered a combo pack with the game card with 100 tokens and that was never put in only ordered us the entree. When questioned about it, the server looked at us funny and said they would be right back. Came back and handed us a game card, with only 40 tokens on it. When we said that was wrong, they needed to go back again to fix it. Note each time they went back to fix it, it took 10 minutes. Sat there for 30 minutes just trying to get our bill correct to pay. Also, when we got there, no one else was ahead of us. The server seemed to be more attentive with another table that came in at least 30 minutes after us, served them their drinks and took their order first, gave them their game cards right away. This was the first time we had gone to Dave and Busters and probably will be our last time. Eventually I spoke to a manager, who seemed to be in hurry when speaking to them. They just kept agreeing with what I was saying and added 100 tokens on the card, but I felt they just wanted to make us go away and not really listen to what we had to say.

First off our food order got messed up and didn't all come out at the same time. I had their food almost a half hour before anyone else, then the two pizzas were suppose to be without pepperoni and came out with pepperoni. Waited another 30 mins for those to come out. We did the $59 special eat and play.....well that was a farce. You can only play certain games, the others the card won't work on. Then you have a limit to reach. 1500 tickets are all you can have on that card, which is B*** sh**! All that money spent and your limited on time jets to redeem and games your allowed to play, that sucks! It was an unlimited play card, why have restrictions on it. Its not worth the time or effort. Other than that it was decent

We were very disappointed with our dinner experience! Had a table of 7. Half the tables food came out then other half came out 20 minutes later. My food came out completely cold not even like warm. This was for a dinner celebration for my 5 year old so was very disappointing.
