The Sunday Brunch was spectacular! Everything you could want to eat, from Eggs Benedict with fillet or crab cakes, to fresh fruit, pastries, made to order specialty omelets (Brie, bacon, chimichurri…out of this world!) The owners strive for a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for their patrons, and it’s exhibited with every interaction with their team, from the hostess, the waitstaff, the bartender, and the chef. They also have a nice variety of specialty drinks on the menu, and an endless mimosa bar! It’s a winner!!

We had the pleasure to experience a Shaibu Saturday & it was nothing short of amazing. Ambience & service was top notch. A must visit place even if it is just for a coffee & pastry!

Expectations were high for this treat by Shaibu (and Julie!) and surely did not disappoint! Highly recommend! Portions are perfect and the food is hyper fresh, healthy, and delicious. I hope the arrangement with Bayhouse lasts!! We need a good restaurant in Coral Bay; we have great pizza now (and classic staple bar foods) but this is a much needed and wonderful addition, at a reasonable price, in a wonderful setting.

Delicious!! We had a fabulous dinner at Dazey’s Bayhouse. Chef Shaibu is a wizard in the kitchen. We will be back.

Dining at Dazey's Bayhouse was new, exciting & fresh! We enjoyed both their PIZZA feature night one night & their chef pop-up with Shaibu on Saturday. Both nights were wonderful! The pizza night was so fun! We brought the whole family, very kid friendly, delicious pizzas with some of the most unique toppings! But if you wanted a traditional cheese they have that too! The Shaibu chef dinner was delightful! Elevated island dining at its best. We went for date night and had a wonderful evening. A simple menu with a few options for a 3 course meal. We selected a few different items to share & taste. All staff was attentive, helpful & friendly! The overall vibe is island perfection! Airy, open, cutest/warmest decor, a banana themed bathroom! Drinks were delicious with a welcoming bar, fresh cocktails and a great selection! The bar has swings! Need I say more! After dinner we browsed the little shop, can't have too many island themed shirts! We can't wait to return!

We paid $90 per person this past Saturday evening for a dinner that was mediocre. The servings of the three courses were small, the temperature of my husband's meal cool and quality only fair. We had children running by our table. Definitely overprized and could not even come close to the atmosphere, quality and value of a restaurant such as Morgan's Mango. Too bad, we were hoping for a great experience and will not come back.

This might be the sweetest place I've ever eaten. What a lovely, peaceful vibe. The coffee shop runs the bar, the guest chef serves up the pre-fixed meal. The four of us chose a variety of items from the menu and every dish was creative, fresh and simply delicious. The service is part of the charm - from young hosts to seasoned servers, they work together seamlessly and genuinely care about your experience. Highly recommend and I'll be back next week! Thank you!

Menu was simple and food was tasty. Teklah’s service was phenomenal. This was a great experience in Coral Bay.
