Food was great! Service was top notch! Beautiful views. Andrea was knowledgeable and attentive. Great personality! Would return again to eat outside when it's cooler. Outside bar looked inviting

Great food, beautiful views, amazing service. Merigrace was a top notch server. Pork chop was huge, fish was fresh, steak cooked perfectly. Will be back.

I really wanted to like Drift, but unfortunately, the dining experience just didn’t live up to expectations. For a place that seems to position itself as fine dining, the food fell short in several key ways. We started with the burrata appetizer, which was confusing at best. It came with chunks of old watermelon and what I can only describe as an applesauce-textured relish that completely overpowered the dish. The flavors didn’t complement each other, and the soupy mess at the bottom made it hard to actually taste the burrata — the supposed star of the plate. Next, we had the tuna crudo, which was another major letdown. The cuts of tuna had visible slivers of fat and looked poorly prepped — definitely not the clean, silky presentation you’d expect. The ponzu (if there was any) lacked the tangy punch, and the micro cilantro oddly didn’t taste like cilantro at all. Worst of all, the tuna had a fishy flavor and a chewy texture, which is never a good sign. A properly executed crudo should melt in your mouth. This didn’t. The sea bass was unfortunately more of the same. While the sweet potato slivers on top might’ve sounded interesting in theory, they felt excessive and didn’t add much. But the real issue was the fish itself — several bites were overwhelmingly fishy, to the point that I couldn’t even finish the dish. The saving grace of the evening? Pip, our server, who was absolutely wonderful — attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Truly the only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1. Overall, this felt like a mid-tier dining experience trying to be fine dining — and missing the mark. The kitchen really needs to rethink how they’re preparing, plating, and sourcing their dishes. It’s all style over substance right now. Disappointing.

Drift is great fine dining restaurant with lots of locals. Baked brie with figs and foccacia toast points was delicious. One of the best filets I've ever eaten at a restaurant. Great outdoor deck overlooking the Gulf and really nice indoor dining space. Very good wine selection. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a break from typical beach restaurant food.

Appetizers,entrees, and drinks were very good! Seafood very fresh. Desserts mediocre to poor. Server so so. Had to ask him to explain any of the specials/ dishes and not very attentive. There is staff whose job is to keep your water glasses full! Restaurant has spectacular views!

They were happy to move us inside because of a large group of 25+ sitting next to us. We had a great view from inside. The filet melted in my mouth. Loved the whole meal but the jalapeno carrots were great. We will definitely be going back. Desserts were a great variety & delicious too.

Best birthday dinner ever! The saff was interactive and helpful. Ray Ray our waiter was wonderful and Gerard the bartender was awesome. Food and drinks were OUTSTANDING!! Happy hour specials are great and you cannot beat that beach side and pier view at sunset. Highly recommend the Crem Brule. Can't wait to go back!

Great Pensacola Beach eatery, but pretty small indoor seating area. The attached outdoor area is super casual - typical for the area. The service was a little backed up initially, but we were in no hurry - and we were forewarned. We had a corner table with a view of the sunset, but be careful about reservations - some tables are jammed right up to the entranced and hostess / bar area. The food was terrific, probably the best French Onion soup I've had in Pensacola. They know how to cook fish and steak - everyone's plates were clean by the time dinner was done. Highly recommended - but get a reservation!
