   Fabulous service the steak was outstanding as was all the food. Very hard to find anything that could be improved on.

   Food lacked flavour and was quite plain. A sterile environment in a suburban high rise, next to a burger joint with a view of the road. Not at all high end dining or anything to recommend. Not at all my memory of E’cco from years back.

   Great service. The food was divine. Phil Johnson come over and had a chat with us. The whole experience was relaxed, we weren’t rushed.

   We haven’t dined at e'cco Bistro since the move to Newstead - very nice premises. We went for the three-course lunch menu, which had two choices for each course. My wife and I chose differently in all courses, so we sampled the whole menu. All excellent, and good value for money. The wine list was nicely curated.

   A great dining experience as always at E'cco. From starters to mains - amazing food - a few ingredients beautifully executed and presented. Oysters with white balsamic granita, white asparagus and spanner crab linguini were all simply stunning. Steaks and duck breast mains were also superb according to my dining partners. Staff were attentive and professional. It's our special occasion venue and never disappoints.

   Love Ecco and have been returning for years. Set course menu is inventive and fantastic, although felt the quality of the food was not as good this time as it has been previously. Might have just been on this night and will certainly return and recommend to others.

   We had the degustation menu. Exceptional! Each course was beautifully balanced and the matched wines brought it to perfection. Service was among some of the best service we have ever had in a restaurant. Phillip, you should be proud of your talented and friendly team.

   Had a dinner at Ecco Bistro. It was pleasant to receive anniversary congratulations from the staff - very thoughtful. The food was outstandingly delicious. For every course we were offered a pairing wine which didn’t disappoint. Purebred wagyu steak was absolutely amazing. Every dish was beautifully served and the staff were very caring and attentive. Great atmosphere, open kitchen space, this place has many reasons to name themselves one of the best fine dining restaurants in Brisbane. Will be coming back.

    Great and interesting good. Good wine list. Good service. Lovely space. Love the Sandra Sellig sculpture/installation. Overall - excellent. One of Brisbane’s very best.
