Normally go here for the dinner, which I absolutely love. Wasn't particularly impressed with the Brunch Menu. Quick feedback: 1. Quinoa Tabouleh was fantastic as always 2. The Bread that came with the Hummus was slightly stale. I've felt this way every time I've patronized the restaurant 3. Salmon Maincourse felt very average - the flavors didn't particularly pop out.

Both hip and hipster, the food on offer at the Fat Prince is fun and inventive. An overall enjoyable evening, marred only by the stubborn restaurant manager. My friend ordered a cocktail that he found to be not to his liking. I offered to take it off his hands, but I noticed the cocktail itself had been poorly made. Way too much Campari which overwhelmed the other ingredients. I brought this to the manager's attention, and his response was, "Well, what do you want me to do about it? If I take it back, we're just going to chuck it out. We can't reuse it." So it stayed on our table. When the bill came, the drink was still on there. So I brought it up with the manager yet again. His response: "By rights, I can't remove it from your bill since we served it to you." I said, "I've told you twice now it was poorly made and not drinkable. I am not paying for it." After a few uncomfortable beats, he finally deigned to do the right thing and remove it from the tab. Really not the thing you expect from a manager in the service and hospitality industry.

The menu is quite limited. More so if one is a vegetarian . However , the food that was served particularly the Haloumi kabab (The only veg Kabab) was very good. The drinks that were served and the only desert on the menu were also excellent . So all in all the food was very good but very limited . Strongly advocate an increase in choice specially vegetarian . We would also prefer if the waiters do not hover around all the time - we would like to be left alone. Our food was taken over more than once before we had a chance to finish it. The lighting was also very dim. In such cases , providing a pencil light to see teh menu is recommended

A great new restaurant to hang out with friends. Food was great at the kebab cafe and the service very prompt and good. won't recommend it for kids as ,though they allow kids they don't have a kids menu and the food can be a tad bit spicy for children.

This is the third time I have frequented The Fat Prince since it opened, immediately noticeable on this occasion was the reduced kebab availability from previous trips. I did however notice some of the Kebab's removed had been added or adapted into starters/salads so let’s call it a reconfiguration rather than removal and there are still plenty of other choices remaining. Waiters/waitresses were FRIENDLY and attentive as per usual which makes a very nice change from a lot of the service experienced in Singapore. The hummus starter is an excellent choice for sharing, it is well spiced and is accompanied by lovely warm bread of multiple varieties which adds a different dynamic to the taste & for $12 is an easy decision. I would however also recommend the Okra Falafel and Fried Cauliflower as good alternatives. For the kebab's, I chose the three (3) kebab option coming in at $24. (1) Smoked Kasar Cheese (2) Sweet Chili 7 Oregano Lamb Kofte (3) Baharat Honey Chicken The Kasar Cheese in particular is a small slice of heaven & a must try if you decide to go. The Lamb is soft and well spiced and goes beautifully with the sweet chilli (a close 2nd). The Honey Chicken although providing a great taste is split into 3 small pieces which makes it difficult to pick up and hold, which is the only way you should eat a kebab! It's fair to say that when the Kebab's arrive you do initially think that you are going to walk away from lunch still rather hungry however each kebab has it's own depth and is actually more filling that you expect so don't worry. For larger eaters you are going to want to choose the three kebab option nonetheless. With accompanying G&T of which I had two Hendricks my portion of the bill after service & gst came out to $75 which I feel is reasonable. Overall was very happy once again with my visit to The Fat Prince + it's just down the road from my office so it couldn't be easier!

Food is delicious and really flavoursome. Its also light and fresh and you can taste each individual flavour of each dish. 'Seasoned to perfection. The menu is small which is great because you know its all made to order, fresh dishes made with love. (Portions are small which is fine as we could try everything on thr menu....twice! Next time I will order two kebab bowls as they are an interesting concept and I hope they will be a member of Deliveroo.)

The food was fine. Small portions, sensibly priced - ideal for experiencing many of the items available. The big turn-off, however, was the noise. My guest and I (on a table for two) had to speak loudly to hear each other. As the room filled with customers, the noise level increased to such a level that we quickly finished our food, avoided dessert and coffee, and went for coffee elsewhere (quieter). The restaurant is not suitable for a business meeting. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout.
