Fiamme is one of our favorite places because of all the gluten sensitive options on the menu. First time bringing my dad and sister. They enjoyed everything about the experience. We loved each ordering a pizza and then sharing slices across the table, with plenty of left overs for later.

The restaurant was very hot as the air conditioning was not on, and they had all the windows and doors open. We chose to eat outside because we hoped there would be a breeze. But the heat was unbearable. Additionally, the wait staff forgot about us initially, and seemed to forget us for the meal as a whole.

This was our first date night since moving from NE. Definitely will be back. The food was delicious. I am gf, not by choice, and the options were vast. I had the gf shrimp pesto and it was delicious. My husband is not gf and he had the butcher wood fired pizza and loved it.

For the best eggplant Parmesan, Fiamme can’t be beat. Someday I will have to try something else. My husband loves the pizzas.

Great overall. Very warm in the restaurant. Felt a bit uncomfortable on a hot day. Also my gluten free crust was practically raw. Otherwise everything was good! I still would come back to try more. Mozzarella sticks were amazing

Everything was wonderful except that the air conditioning was broken. We weren’t informed of this until after we had ordered and it got warmer and warmer. Then when we asked if the staff could make it cooler we were told that unfortunately it was broken. From the thermostat on the wall we could see that it was 82 when we were finished with our meal. Super hot day and raining so unable to move outside. Everyone else was just great! We felt sorry for the staff, especially those in the kitchen!! Hope it got fixed for their sake!

Our waitress and the staff were great. The air conditioner of the restaurant has been broken since last summer and it’s still not fixed. We went out to dinner on a day that it was mid 90’s and it was hotter in the restaurant than outside! We should have been told before they sat us. It made for a miserable experience. Not to mention a safety hazard for their employees working in a hot pizza kitchen.
