We love their salads. Always fresh and delicious. We usually eat half and save the rest for the next meal. Love the service. Always friendly and efficient.

Long long time customer of Firebirds Mason; Joe was a terrific server. Drinks were great........chicken wings solid. Unfortunately, another experience where the filet was just not great. I ordered it med-well and said butterflying it was fine for the chefs-----it came out medium to medium-rare+. My wife's salmon was dry to a point where she had to ask for some ranch dressing to eat it. I sent steak back to the kitchen-----replacement was cooked appropriately but flavor just not much, esp. being cooked on a wood-fire grill. For $140 dinner including tip, I just think the entree's should be better. Since this has happened multiple times, we decided to make Firebirds just a drinks and appetizer spot for us. I wish them the best going forward.

Food was amazing but service was even better. I can’t remember our waiters name but he was from Georgia and he totally made our night. Hands-down best Customer Service we have had anywhere. He was amazing. We really appreciated it.

The food and the server were great. Only thing that kept it from five stars is because of the below: Around 7pm on Saturday night, someone clearly was smoking weed in your restaurant. My kids and all of us could smell it. If your manager staff didn’t notice, they were looking the other way. I’ll say this: police your restaurant. This is acceptable, especially for a $300+ dinner for six people. We will never come back if we have that experience again.

Delicious garlic butter sirloin. Enjoyed the lemonade martini. Waitress was very attentive .

Not great attention to detail for the money and fruit fly infestation. My husband and I had dinner with another couple. Our bill for 2 people was $190. For that much money, the details matter. We both ordered old fashioneds to start. I like an old fashioned with one big cube because it’s not as watered down so I said if that wasn’t possible then I’d like a double black diamond martini. But she brings 2 old fashions to the table in a glass full of rocks and sets them down with no explanation. We drank them because we aren’t jerks but it wasn’t what I asked for and I even gave an easy sub because I didn’t want to be difficult. Then we all ordered meals with steak that happened to be sliced for presentation. Girls got the salads and guys got the steak and frites. All meat was requested medium rare or rare but we all received obviously well done meat which you could clearly see because it was already sliced. Again we ate it because we aren’t jerks but a good server would notice this and ask to remake them for us because it wasn’t what we asked for. We had to ask about the bread she offered to bring in the beginning and then shortly after she brought it, she cleared it away before everyone had even been able to get any. She brought our checks without asking if we were done and never filled our water again. There were numerous fruit flies pestering us all throughout dinner and the guys kept killing them because it was so obnoxious. We will be spending our money elsewhere.

Food was delicious as always. As we were leaving it was pouring down raining, and they had two young men walking people to their cars with umbrellas. A very nice added touch that was very unexpected.
