Flagship Cruises & Events has been San Diego's only family owned and operated cruise line for over 100 years. Enjoy our award-winning brunch and dinner cruises aboard our fleet of luxury yachts, get five star treatment in the hands of our captain and crew and enjoy breathtaking views of the harbor along with musical entertainment.

Champagne Brunch Cruises sail out every Sunday. Boarding at 10:30am, cruising 11:00am to 1:00pm.

Nightly Dinner Cruises board at 7:00pm and cruise from 7:30pm to 10:00pm. On Sundays, boarding begins at 6:00 pm, cruising 6:30pm to 9:00 pm.

Hops on the Harbor Friday nights dinner cruise is my favorite in San Diego!! Buffet starts immediately upon boarding. The beef brisket was tender and juicy!! The food was delicious. Coronado Brewery beers this week. Lots of space to hang outside on the top deck. Gorgeous views of downtown San Diego. Dance floor and music on the 2nd floor for the partygoers. I’m definitely coming back!

We really enjoyed out time on the cruise. It was unfortunate the food did not meet the level of expectation based on pricing. We had five in our group and only one had a meal that was not overcooked. Nonetheless, the change in scenery from a typical restaurant was worth it.

Wonderful evening and experience! No place better to by in San Diego than on the ocean...must “to do” on your trip / visit. They had a local brewery and tasting menu. Excellent selection of 4 beers and 4 food stations- all you can eat! Family very happy, gorgeous evening and will look forward to cruising with them next trip! Thanks Crew!
