We had a little trouble with our order at first, wife ordered an entree, and it somehow got lost in the system, but the manager made it all good by first giving her a plate for the meats, then taking her entire meal off the bill, then came back and said they would comp our entire evening since we didnt get what we wanted timely, and didnt get to eat together! The manager on duty was so above and beyond considerate we were flabbergasted and very impressed, Now THAT'S how you fix a mistake and make the customer want to return. Oh, and the food was great too.

I’ve been to many Fogo restaurants and this one is a stand out, and not for a good reason. Service was sub par except 1 young lady doing bread and water, and 1 guy at the end when he asked if there was any meat I wanted. I explained I had one guy come by in 15 minutes so I’m pretty open. They kept walking to all the tables near us, and would skips us. Many times we had the guy with a piece left at best or table scraps. The meat quality was subpar and almost tasteless. The lamb was the only thing with flavor to be honest. I eat out a lot, and almost never complain, but this was an embarrassment to Fogo and if I wanted TGIF service and quality I would have went there.

Overall experience was amazing, the food was wonderful as well. We had Taylor as our server…she was very rude, short and had an attitude giving off the vibe that she did not want to be there and we were being an inconvenience to her. But everyone else was amazing and very nice and checked in on us multiple times.

For the amount of money you pay the food was not good. It was tasteless and the meat was tough to eat. Overall we were disappointed in the food.

Food was VERY okay. To pay 50 a person and not be able to take any food home was crazy to me. Such a waste of food. We paid 150 for one alcoholic beverage a soda and two courses. Definitely not worth the price. The staff is nice though.

Our server was attentive and friendly. Meat service was fast and efficient. We asked for a second round of a specific meat dish, but it didn't come still we had plenty of good food.

Not fantastic. We weren’t given plates or our drinks refilled. The manager asked if we need anything and we requested a few things that never came. Our server was very nice, but the arrangement with having multiple servers resulted in us not being served well. We asked for rare meat and every piece cut was super well done. Lastly, the highlight for my family is getting the grilled pineapple and we waited 30 minutes for it. When they finally brought us the pineapple, the gentleman was rude. And the pineapple was burnt so bad you couldn’t eat it.

Such a wonderful date night experience. We choose this spot for our mid week date nights. Considering we dined during off peak time, the experience was just as perfect as it is during high traffic times. The Fogo team doesn’t disappoint. Ever.
