Came here for dinner with my partner and we had a reservation. We were seated within about 5 minutes, which was perfectly fine. We started off at the salad bar, which actually had a really good variety of options, and our drinks were brought out pretty quickly as well. The disappointing part was the actual churrasco experience. We paid for the full experience, but hardly anyone was coming by our table with meat. We waited around 40 minutes and even had to ask if they could please send someone over. When you’re paying for the full churrasco experience, you shouldn’t have to track someone down just to receive the main part of what you’re paying for. It also wasn’t just our table. The people sitting next to us were waiting as well, received only one type of meat during that time, and eventually got up and left. Our server was barely around during those 40 minutes either, aside from stopping by once to refill our drinks. There wasn’t really anyone checking in to see if we were being served or needed anything. Toward the end, an older gentleman finally came over, asked what kinds of meat we liked, and said he would have them come out. Suddenly, about three people came rushing over with different meats. I appreciated him stepping in and trying to fix the situation, but at that point it felt a little too late. It also showed that the service could have been there—we just weren’t receiving it until someone finally intervened. The food itself was good and the salad bar had plenty of options, but the service really took away from the experience. Especially with a reservation and paying for the full churrasco experience, I expected the staff to be much more attentive. Waiting around 40 minutes for meat at a Brazilian steakhouse defeats the purpose of the experience. Our bill came out to ~ $180. If you choose to come here, don’t sit outside. I feel as if they “forgot” about our table or the servers did not want to be out there.

Had a reservation days in advance maître D said only outside seating when arrive to the restaurant then give no options to wait for inside waiter outside was not knowledgeable. Outside area was not a pleasing chair stacked up everywhere Did not receive the dessert with $100 meal. The bill was 343 for a bad birthday experience ruined

The meat wasn't salted enough. There were no sauces to give flavor to the meat. Only table salt and pepper, which in my opinion shouldn't be needed at a good restaurant.

Service was terrible, couldn’t even get a soda refill the whole time we were there. Lobster was under cooked, meat quality was not great, especially for the price we paid. We have been to Other locations and experience has been excellent, but this location needs so much work. Not worth it.

Food and service were exceptional! My family of 5 (3 kids under 6) enjoyed the experience. This is my husband’s and my favorite restaurant; we’ll be returning soon.

It wasn’t what I expected to attend. The service was okay the food wasn’t what I e”thought the Mac and Cheese wasn’t to good tasted like regular box Mac and cheese with cheese milted on the top. The noise levels was really load, the salad bar was ok and they barely came around with their meats shown. Overall I could say I really didn’t enjoyed my time there and i believe I won’t be going back again so thanks for the experience.

The full churrasco experience is fun, to be sure, with server after server coming to your table to offer various cuts of meat. The service was exemplary, and the salad bar was also excellent. But let's be honest; I've eaten at Fogo three times in the past six months and the quality of the meat is just okay. If you're really hungry and willing to take quantity over quality, this isn't bad, but if you want a cut of steak that's going to bring tears of joy to your eyes, this isn't the place. For the same $78, you can get something far more awesome elsewhere.
