   Beautiful location on Beach Drive and luxurious remodel of previous restaurant there (Ceviche’s)! An amazing culinary experience for my partner‘s birthday too! The shrimp tempura and chocolate mousse were out of this world! Even the salad was scrumptious! I highly recommend FORTU for a finer but fun dining experience in lovely downtown St Pete!

   Food was EXCEPTIONAL. Probably the best meal I’ve ever had. Each plate that came was incredibly fresh, unique, tasty… I cannot say enough good things. And our server Patrick was wonderful too! Thank you Fortu 🤗

   We invited our friends here and we all had a delightful meal. Everyone enjoyed their food and our server Patrick was excellent. We loved the pork buns especially as well as the cod, which was outstanding. Highly recommend.

   Fortu is very good! But....My issue is with a few of the plates. I just feel that the tuna tartare is bland. I get it, its top grade tuna sashimi. But its just ok. I feel like for the price tag it should be phenomenal. Beef tartare taco, same feelings! Overall food is great , not outstanding, but in my opinion for the quality of product, it simply doesn't match the price tag.

   My boyfriend and I had a lovely experience at Fortu. Decor and ambience was top notch. The restaurant is loud but in a good way. We had the citrus green salad and the potato mille feuille. Both were incredibly flavorful. For dinner I had the scallops - perfectly cooked. The XO sauce was a little salty but the flavor was excellent. My boyfriend had the orange chicken and he really enjoyed that. Drinks were good as well. I asked them to bring a dessert to celebrate my boyfriend's promotion and they did which was nice. Our server was excellent. We will definitely be back to try more menu items!

   Amazing staff, atmosphere, food, and I have to mention the staff again. I have never had such immaculate and consistent service where all members of the front of the house staff were so on the ball. This is our new go to spot for our monthly excursions in st pete.
