   It was a great pick for a last minute meal. The food was very well cooked and the service was outstanding.

   We went for our wedding dinner since we had to postpone our larger celebration to 2021 and the staff made our visit extra special. The food was absolutely amazing as always and the dessert tray was so delicious that even though we were full, we couldn’t bear the thought of letting any go to waste. Thank you and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

   Disappointed that they had run out of dish options and the restaurant was not busy. Wasn’t happy with wine selection and was shocked at the quality. Served rancid wine twice and after researching one bottle which was sold for $30 the actual retail price was $4. Hence why it was so bad. I have never had this experience at Francesca. With Covid I know things are difficult and I strive to support our local eating establishments, but this was very disappointing.

   First time at this Francesca's. Did not disappoint. Loved the outdoor seating. Food was terrific. But best of all is the service - always the best!

   We love this place. Unfortunately, the service continues to slip or be inconsistent. After we finish dining - the end of the meal, it has become standard this past year or longer to wait and wait and wait for anyone to ask if you wish dessert or the check. We all sit, waiting. And waiting. Dinner is finished, drinks often finished, sometimes table has been cleared, but no wait staff to be found - they are serving other tables or no where to be seen. Also, when one arrives and is first seated, it is not unusual to wait 10 minutes or longer before anyone comes to the table to ask if you would like to order a drink. Now that Covid-19 is here, I do wish the staff would change their manner of service -- I wish: 1) wait staff would be quick to the table to offer drinks after the hostess seats us, 2) a carafe of water would be on the table so we could help ourselves and limit extra visits to the table by the support staff, 3) wait staff would check on the table (while keeping a little space/distance, 4)they would not forget about us once we've finished. Perhaps they are keeping less staff on. But the professionalism of the staff has been going down for the last couple of years. Why? Note: We like this place. We eat at this restaurant more than any other, by far. We love the food and have been coming here since it first opened. Just saddened that the waiters we tend to get are not great. The managers are great, but what about the wait staff?

    What a pleasure to return to Francesca Fiore, following their hiatus during the coronavirus outbreak. We were welcomed into a restaurant that observed all safety standards. Our dinners were delicious and server was pleasant and courteous. It was like seeing an old friend again. We look forward to many pleasant visits in the future.
