      We celebrated a friend’s birthday while in Rome at Glass Hosteria. We ordered the tasting menu and wine pairing. Each dish was amazing and well represented. The service and staff were outstanding. We appreciated the chef coming to the table and introducing herself. An excellent experience!

      Had an amazing dinner. The food and service were spectacular. The preparations and wine pairings were unique and flavorful. The price is extraordinarily fair for the quality and completeness of the meals. A couple or dishes could have used a little more spice in my opinion but overall loved what chef is doing here. The food is three Michelin but the service would have to step up to reach 3. Not because it’s poor. It’s not. Very attentive and polished. But perhaps not the glam Michelin seeks in three starred restaurants. But absolutely must visit!

      This is a wonderful restaurant featuring delicious and inventive plant-based dishes. The food is amazing and the service and ambience are delightful. Trust me, you won't miss the meat! The staff are very professional and courteous. When we had to change our dinner plans to a day earlier than our reservation, we showed up at the restaurant unannounced and were accommodated. The prices are reasonable for such an upscale restaurant. Dine here -- you will not be disappointed!

      Beautifully balanced and nuanced dishes. Christina is so talented. And the staff is warm and attentive. We love dining here when we are in Rome. It is a tranquil soothing oasis amidst the craziness of Travestere.

      Glass Hosteria was absolutely phenomenal. Immaculate menu with an incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming team. The service was top notch and the food was mind blowing. Chef Christina also took the time to spend a few minutes at our table. This meant the world to my fiancé and I. All in all, fantastic location, food, service, and people. You truly can’t go wrong.

      One of the best restaurants I have ever ate at. We did the tasting menu and it was incredible. The detail taken in each dish down to the plate it is served on is on another level. Would highly recommend.

      Excellent and attentive service. Enjoyed the taster menu coupled with the wine selection. The cornucopia offered was exceptional and complemented the special celebration. Exceedingly satiated.

      Siamo stati a pranzo, anche se chiamarlo pranzo è riduttivo, direi più un esperienza...abbiamo assaggiato dei piatti che oltre ad essere esteticamente meravigliosi, avevano un gusto che è difficile spiegare a parole, il tutto abbinato con dei vini buonissimi. Oltre alla chef c'è da fare anche i complimenti a tutto lo staff, molto cordiale e preparatissimo.
