Service was soooooo slow. We were there over 2 hours. Food was okay. My steak came out well done even tho I asked for it medium. Couldn’t get it corrected bc she never came back. We got the wrong appetizer. Never got to order another round of drinks bc again she never came back.

Honestly Hanks was delicious. Our server was great. Food was great, happy hour is great value for what you get! No complaints at all

I love Hank’s! Food is excellent. Great variety for everyone. Friendly staff and the restaurant itself is just open and comfortable. One of our favorites for brunch, dinner or dessert and coffee.

Overall our brunch was just an OK experience. We had a reservation for 4 but got sat at a table for six and were only given silverware for 3. The drink order took a long time to arrive then it was incorrect. The server did bring a to go cup of the correct soda. The server was very pleasant but the service was slow throughout. The food was very good. Good size portions which were great value for money. I asked the food runner if he could take our photo and he told me he was too busy and to ask the server. A customer at another table saw this exchange and offered to take it for us. There were a lot of flies all around us while trying to eat. Disappointing experience which could have been so much better.

We have come to Hanks for the last 4 years to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. This year was a bit of a struggle. When I went to the bathroom there was so much water on the counter that it soaked by dress. The waitress then splashed water on me from her tray. Our food kept being sent to the table next to us and then would go back to the kitchen, only to be brought back out to us lukewarm. Our dinner orders took forever to come out and the food was less than amazing. Dinner took so long, despite our reservations being at 5:30 that we didn’t get our daughter home till after 8 on a school night. I’m not sure we will be continuing our tradition next year.

A great place to disappear for a while! Such a lovely ambiance that it feels like you’ve left the city for a meal. The food never disappoints but I would come just for their drinks menu! Very respectful and helpful waitress was icing on the cake, a lovely time was certainly had.

Good food and outdoor space! Enjoyed it! Fabulous hummus and mussels.....nice salads and burger. We will be back.

Server Matt was helpful and friendly. Didn’t feel rushed. The portions were a good size for the $. Had a pesto bowl and crispy rice bowl, both with salmon. Both were delicious. I recommend the crispy rice with salmon. It was a coldly windy day but didn’t feel it inside. Good drinks too! Orange creamsicle and Ube Mojito.
