My experience was great. I had a great waiter who had a great sense of humor. The food was delicious and the drinks were on point. No complaints from me.

Seemed understaffed as there were quite a number of open tables, but food and drinks were slow. Medium rare steak came out well done.

This place came highly recommended. I use OpenTable on numerous occasions to make reservations for restaurants. Both my husband and I looked over their menu on the app and we had a very good idea of what we wanted to order. Your website shows various menus. The Brunch menu, Lunch menu and the Tiki Menu. Since our reservation was for 1pm we planned on ordering from the Brunch and Tiki Menu. Our server only gave us the Lunch menu. When we inquired about ordering other items NOT on the Lunch menu they told us that those menus were not available and had to do more with a "pop up restaurant " located on the patio. We could have left and gone somewhere else but we gave this place an opportunity to redeem itself and we really tried to find something appealing but were limited. We shared the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. You really can't mess up a simple salad like that. We also shared the Grilled BBQ shrimp. In the description it mentioned that it is served with a garlic baguette. The bread was a roll! Our server would disappear for long periods of times and we only were served one glass of water. Who knows if her actions were a result of our decision and disappointment. I did bring up my observations about the menu and the food delivery but I don't think the demeanor of management demonstrates their care for the issue. This place was certainly a let down with food and service. As OpenTable states go there for ambiance and location...if that is what you're looking for.

Went after newly remodel and was not impressed. Where tables and chairs once were, there were odd booths that did not allow ease in and out of with winged booth chairs. Such an odd concept. Appetizers were lack luster. Ordered oysters and they were out. Ordered a sushi roll, they were out of that. Remaining entrees were bland and small portion size for what we ordered. Having been there prior to remodel, we were hopeful for improvements as we liked it before. Sadly, we won’t be back.

I had a reservation for 6:00 to celebrate my daughter's 28th birthday with her and my son. We waited approximately 20 minutes for our drinks and at that time, put in our appetizer and dinner requests. We waited 50 minutes for the appetizers to appear with the waitress (she said she was new but in her 40's-50's?) saying dinner would be any minute, coming soon, should be up any minute, were a few of her responses. Finally got our dinner over an hour and a half after our reservation time and the meal itself was nothing to give more than one star to. When I made the Open Table reservation, it asked about special occasion or anything we wanted to add so I mentioned my daughter's birthday. Nothing was even mentioned about her birthday until dessert when the waitress slid the dessert menu across the table and I told her we had birthday cake at home. She didn't even give well wishes, just walked away. Flies were walking, or dead, on the window sill and flying around at our table which was very gross. My 2 adult children are still talking about how bad it was a day later and I have to agree with them. We won't be going back, that's for sure

My husband and I watch Fox 2 and have been waiting to try Hook out. The service was exceptional from the hostesses to Glo, our server. We loved the atmosphere and food! We will be back!

First of all the service was outstanding. However, I food was disappointing. The salads were not as described on the menu. The Spring Roll Salad was supposed to have Bok Choy, Napa Cabbage, Rice noodles, etc.....only this it had was regular cabbage that would be used in cole slaw. Now the Salmon I had them put on top was excellent. My freind actually sent hers back and got the Ceaser Salad which wasn't much better. One thing that was wonderful was the House Whitefish Dip. I was really looking forward to this lunch as a birthday celebration, but not sure if I would return as the experience was not a good value.
