   We had a disappointing experience at Hook. Our server was good. The hostess was clueless, and the food quality was awful at first. However, the 3rd time was better.

   We are regular Hook customers and were so excited for Easter dinner and lambchops. Very disappointing that we had to pay $50 for each person at the table even though the fourth ordered a extra meal. We come to Hook every week for Lambchops and were given 4 lambchops total and it wasn't enough considering we paid $50 per person and also paid for an extra entree. We would have been far better off going to Pegasus for lambchops at Easter and then just coming back to Hook a different day. Also our service was mediocre at best, never got an opportunity to order another drink. Our bus service man was way more attentive than our server, who made it clear they were a bartender not a server and it showed. And the topper is they ran out of dessert ! We did receive an amazing cookie but it was not what was supposed to be served. We will still be back because your bartenders that work at the bar are amazing and we will always want the lambchops and atmosphere. But not on a holiday again with a different menu. It was disappointing for a family holiday dinner.

   I’m going to recommend Hooks to everyone! I have enjoyed every visit to this restaurant. The view, the service and the food…..all exceptional. The Manager not only served up one of our meals, but we had a great interaction with him. His genuine hospitality and desire to provide an outstanding experience for all of us was greatly appreciated! Now, the food….We selected from the Sunday Brunch menu and our choices were varied…from traditional breakfasts to Salmon and eggs and even the beef tips and bone marrow! Even my Grand dog was ecstatic when he got the big wonderful bone! Life is short…live a little once in a while! And, not to forget, our amazing server, Allison….thank you for making my birthday even more special.

   HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Food was fantastic, our server, Kev, AMAZING!!!! We ordered the Fireworks roll, Seafood Bucatini, Diablo Shrimp Pasta, several drinks, and the key lime cheesecake and it was to die for!!! Can’t wait to come back!

   May be just a tad pricey (but really not too bad) but the food was awesome and the service was excellent. Will definitely be going back again and again.

    Their entrees are okay but their sushi is great! And during the summer it’s perfect for live music.
