Hutch Bar & Eatery offers traditional American and Mediterranean cuisines. Washed in warm tones of deep blue and gray, the restaurant has spacious dining room. Jessica and Josh Bafford own the restaurant. Hutch Bar & Eatery is one of the few restaurants that prepare custom orders to suit the guests with any kind of food allergy. It has a special gluten-free menu. Hutch Bar & Eatery prepares almost all sandwiches with their gluten-free recipes. Grilled mexi salad is prepared with charred romaine heart, pico de gallo, crispy tortilla, queso fresco and cinnamon chipotle ranch. The chefs at Hutch Bar & Eatery specialize in preparing authentic South American cuisines. Prosciutto and brie is a delightful union of arugula and strawberry with rich topping of balsamic glaze. Chicken pot pie in a bread bowl is a rich dish. It is prepared with rosemary chicken, peas, carrots, celery, potatoes and Virginia ham. The bar serves beer on tap and wines.

I have no idea why the RTD gave this 4 out of 4 stars. It was 2.5 to 3 stars at best. The atmosphere is nice, but our server seemed new and confused. 4 stars says to me that everything is fantastic and he was definitely a weak link. I ordered Pellegrino or whatever bubbly water they carried and was told all they had was club soda. Ok, that's fine too, but it seems odd a restaurant of their supposed caliber wouldn't carry a mineral water. The waiter told us the specials, we ordered, he came back and said they were out of what I ordered. Ok. I ordered something else. He came back and told me they were out of that too. Ok. So I ordered the Arugula salad, which was interesting, but way too salty. I could actually crunch on grains of salt- it wasn't because of cheese or dressing. The beef cheek tacos were tasty, but the special- scallop tacos- were bland and flavorless. The scallops were so undercooked that they tasted like ceviche. There were only 2 choices for dessert ( ?!) Our party of 4 ordered both to split. The chocolate pot de creme was great but the Rosemary cake was just bad. It tasted like dense bread- just weird. Overall, it was a pleasant place with amateur service and food that has hits and misses. If they can improve their waitstaff and fine tune their dishes, it may one day deserve the 4 stars the newspaper gave them. I hope they do. It's a great location and we need a great, consistent restaurant in this part of town

I enjoyed eating at Estilo. The server answered lots of questions for us about the menu and was very nice. All the food came out in good time. Every one liked what they had but the real hit of the night was the Mexican chocolate pot. So good. I would go back.

Booths are great! Food limited but on point!! Unfortunately our waiter was the bartender ... not a good scenario if bar is crowded and you want a drink, or even more yumminess. Would for sure go back!

We dined with another couple for dinner. It was a holiday weekend, and there were probably 5-6 other tables. The service was decent, but strangely timed. Drinks took a long time, but our food was was out in fewer than 10 minutes. We would have been happier with quicker drinks and slower food. We had the assorted olives as an appetizer, which was a good choice for sharing. We ordered a combination of medium and large plates for dinner. I had the hanger steak, and it was excellent. I ordered it medium rare, but it was closer to rare, but that's fine with me. The lobster tacos were a big hit. The deserts were unique and tasty, though I found the rosemary olive oil cake less desert-like than I prefer. We would eat here again.

We had the pleasure of having dinner at Estilo's on Wednesday night of this past week. It was a great experience from start to finish. Drinks were first on our agenda and our waitress (I believe her name was Emily) was wonderful with finding us both wine and cocktails to please the entire table. She recommended a Washington pinot noir that was a hit as well as an interesting take on an old fashioned that was perfectly made. I had a standard gin and tonic and, as usual, was very happy. The artichoke heart appetizer was amazing and the ladies raved about the olive plate. Everyone enjoyed their entrees as well. The biggest hit at the table was definitely the hanger steak cooked a perfect medium rare. Finally, off of our waitresses recommendation, we had the chocolate dessert with the pecan brittle and after dinner adult coffee's. Everything was perfect and we can only hope to be back very soon. Highly recommended. Don't let the strip mall location fool you on the food and service quality.

Took the family to Estilo for Mother's day. The bloody marys were fantastic and the food was great. The Huevos Rancheros, pork belly tostada and the sausage dish were really very good. The plaintain pancakes were the best. I have not had pancakes that good before and I am not a big pancake fan to begin with. The chicken tacos were on the low flavor side, but nicely done. My wife really enjoyed it. Thanks!

came here for the first time on Mothers Day during brunch. Everything was delicious. Service was on point. Although only the brunch menu was available, we wanted to try the street corn next time. Will be back for sure.

The food was good, however the menu was very limited if you do not eat red meat and the portions were very small. There was no bread or other carb served before/ with the meal . We ordered three small plates and three medium plates between three of us and shared a dessert. Everyone went home a bit on the hungry side.

What a wonderful transition We have been aficionados of magpie and came because of the chef and we're not disappointed Wonderful flavors innovative menu only hope it doesn't kill Magpie, hard to be in two places New staff a little shaky but sure it will smooth out
