They were both born and raised in Acapulco and bring years of experience with traditional Mexican cuisine to the restaurant. Begin the meal with an appetizer like queso fundido, pork belly with bean sauce or guacamole with toasted pumpkin seeds and sesame brittle. Jaguar at the Bistro offers a variety of innovative entrée dishes for the main course.
