There were many tables full, but not crowded. People were still coming in.\nWe were seated out of order, but not being busy, we didn't think it was an issue. Once seated, I asked that we could be re-seated next to a table that had working heaters. No problem.\nAfter getting our menus, we didn't get table service for easily 10 minutes. The staff stood around chatting with their backs to us.\nAfter taking our order, drinks eventually came. We have no idea why the drinks took so long. Then, all the food came at one, including the appetizer that should have arrived with the drinks or soon after.\nIt was blatantly obvious the young women weren't the least bit interested in doing their job. It was seriously frustrating and disappointing.
