   Poor Customer service a two drinks were spilled on us by a waitress and that same waitress said she couldn’t take orders but proceeded to take another tables order, we got there at 13:07 and was served after 2 it was not busy in the restaurant at all also the lack of staff. The waitress that finally came to take our order has no experience on how to speak to customers, our food came out one by one and was getting cold while waiting also had to wait about 20 minutes just to pay . i would not recommend this place to anyone unless they would like to wait all day for food and was also over charged

   I called up to say I was going to be late as my car broken down. She said ok I will tell them to save your table. Got there now I apologise for being late. She then ask what my name was I told her, she said give her one minute. She then came back to tell she don’t have a table for three people I was like what. She then I got this table here which right next to door and it’s cold plus the table was dirty. For the whole time she just kept on watching me. Literally from the time I was there complaints after complaints from different people it was chaos in there. My food did come after 30 minutes to an hour they didn’t bring no knife or fork like we had to eat with our fingers Their customer service is not good. It needs more improvement or they’re gonna lose their business.

   Love to support independent businesses in my area of birth … food was great and authentic.. staff were friendly.. need to work on small details at the table to raise the profile ..
