Kenzo Napa, presented by proprietors Kenzo and Natsuko Tsujimoto, is an exceptional, authentic Japanese restaurant featuring a traditional prix fixe kaiseki menu designed by Chef Kenji Miyaishi, located in downtown Napa.

OpenTable allows reservations only 30 days in advance. For long-range planning: reservations@kenzonapa.com. Note that less than 24 hours' notice for cancellation will result in a $200 cancellation fee.

The fusion of Japanese tradition with innovative techniques and presentation is sure to transform all perceptions of Japanese cuisine. Edomae sushi and kaiseki delicacies are created with seafood selections flown in from acclaimed markets in Japan. Every dish is expertly paired with the Kenzo Estate wine collection as an option, along with a selection of fine wines, Japanese sakes and beer in a peaceful environment where the focus is on chef preparation and cuisine.

Kenzo is the proud recipient of 7 consecutive Michelin Star awards, noted for sake and wine lists.

One of the best culinary experiences I’ve had so far. Already planning another time to come visit. Yes the price is expensive but worth every penny especially for a special occasion. Also plan to stay a while, was there for three hours but every dish was spread out well and never felt like I was waiting for the next dish.

What an amazing way to celebrate a birthday! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious and so creative. Every bite was curated to perfection. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

You could not find a better restaurant!!!! This restaurant should have 3 Michelin stars!!!Every single morsel of food was carefully curated and expertly plated. Every dish was a piece of art. The food was so fresh and tasted better than anything myself and my daughter have ever tasted. We were treated so well but not in a snobby way. Every single need was taken care of seamlessly and we enjoyed the interaction with the Sushi chefs and the entire vibe of this perfect restaurant. Every penny you spend here is worth it and more. Best meal ever.

We go here once a year as a very special occasion. Every aspect of the experience — from the greeting at the door to the chef’s selected desserts — leads me to believe that this is the best dining experience you can have in the Napa Valley. Dinner at Kenzo feels like you’ve been transported into a top Kaiseki restaurant in Kyoto. Each of the nine courses or plates isn’t visually striking and delicious. I especially enjoyed the Aomori cherry trout (marinaded after cooking), the Chiba snapper sashimi and the A5 Wagyu Tenderloin Kuwayaki (as tender and savory imaginable). We can’t wait until next year!!

This is my second visit and again had a lovely time. The food was delicious and service outstanding. Adrian was super warm and enthusiastic. You can really sense how proud he is to work at Kenzo. Our chef was so talented and sweet. He even took a photo with us at the end. Kenzo will definitely be a place we want to revisit over and over again!

Phenomenal. Period dot. Highly recommend Kenzo. First third accompanied by Kenzo’s Sauv Blanc, middle third by a glass of junmai daijingo sake, last third by a glass of Kenzo Rindo (Bordeaux-inspired blend). They also poured us some complimentary sake with the sushimi course and a glass of late harvest sauv blanc with dessert. Superior attention to detail with every dish.
